Comes to find out she left my floors all sticky from mopping and there was still dirt/grass after i swept when she supposedly "deep cleaned". She did not move anything to sweep or mop under anything. My mother texted her these pictures i sent her about how bad of a job she did and this was her response. "I apologize I just got home and had a chance to read this, but it was swept, vacuumed, and mopped twice. I'm sorry but we spent 5 hours there and we can't confirm that the pictures taken by you weren't from before the job was completed. I will send you my after pictures of my completed work to show you that it did not look like that. Your daughter also told me it looked good before I left. We already took $9.75 off your total price due to being short with the cash on hand." Yes i was short $9 because i was not expected to pay that much and i told her i could cashapp her the rest and she said don't worry about it. She also sent this " It's actually a very common thing that people do. We do not move furniture. But we do get under things and around baseboards as well. I just spend 5 hours in your daughters house, and it was pretty bad, my work and my employees work is not going to be criticized and refunded. Once the gentlemen he did his job which roughly took 4 hours or so. I paid the ticket $1,800 and he left. The next day I noticed water damage to the bottom of the trim of my walls. I contacted the company and they informed me they would get me in touch with the owner. After a few days of calling, I finally spoke with the owner. After explaining the issues he responded "I don't want to deal with this so I'm going to refund your money and hung up" This took me by surprise to say the least, after we got off the phone I contacted a contractor to come out and inspect the damage. The total cost for damage is roughly $2,800 and no one will acknowledge or respond to my calls. I am now in the process of speaking with my attorney to unfortunately take matters to the next level. I would highly recommend against using this company, what you get when they are selling their brand vs what you get and the quality professionalism once they receive their money is on two different ends of the spectrum.
