I called back and was told someone knocked and when no one answered, they left. Clearly, listening is a problem. They showed the following week and told me my coil needed to be cleaned which costs $600. I was not present and this was demonstrated my shaking out my air filter in my kitchen. Really? I never got video of the coil. My mistake for not asking. I was told the job was done and system had been flushed and was clean. I was told there was no water in the pan. Within 24 hours my condo association called and said it was still leaking and there was water in my pan. I drove down from Miami to check this out. The condo was right and i was able to verify my AC is the problem. I called SBC again. They showed at the end of the day on Monday after i left to go back to Miami and told me there is no leak and all is well. Ridiculous. The water was there all weekend and in the morning. i paid $600 for a flushing and coil cleaning i may or may not have needed. My condo association is now charging me to have it done by them. Are they lazy or incompetent at SBC? i don't know. ES
