It was not a gun safety course, it is geared toward older adults who already know how to handle a handgun. And for that it was excellent. The hands on may have been a bit intimidating for some, but for me, it was money well spent. The course was $80, took almost 6 hours, and you were never falling asleep. If you are looking for course requirements for a CWP in Florida good for most of the Southeast, this was a great way to spend the morning. There are a variety of times that the course is offered. It is a small venue, small classes, and excellent experienced instructor. Retired law enforcement he had even written up one of the attendees for a motor vehicle violation a few years ago!!!!!!

It had a nicely tart flavor and a tall meringue topping that was light and delicious. That part was excellent. Unfortunately, the graham cracker crust was disappointing. I'm not sure what their recipe is, but it could definitely benefit from more butter. It literally disintegrated when we cut into it. For me, the crust is just as important as the filling, so that detracted from the overall experience. There was a lot to like about this pie, and I'm not sure if the crust issue is typical. For me, it brought the experience down to a solid four stars, when it could easily have been five. P.S. There are other Key lime pie spots in town with excellent crusts, though they don't offer the same lofty meringue topping.

Unique in nature, it jumps off the canvas and into your mind. Not only is her artwork exceptional, her personality is most pleasing. I strongly recommend Captain Brad and Southernmost Sailing School for a fun, helpful, and thorough learning experience. He did a wonderful job adjusting to our different skill and comfort levels, and I really appreciate his encouraging approach. His calm reassurance and trust in me helped me to try again...and again...until I had the skills down. You will definitely feel competent and experienced in 101 content by the time you are done, and have a great time doing it. The Sunset Marina was great, and Key West is an awesome location in which to learn. (One tip is to plan on taking a car share to the marina, as parking is not guaranteed).
