I have had fillings and started a root canal due to a tooth abscess. I then received an EOB from work that was done in April, in August. I called Liberty Dental to ask why I owed $23 since I have $2000 coverage per year. Liberty Insurance explained to me Dr Cascios ofc did not renew their contract with them. The elderly woman at the front desk hollers at you and is extremely rude when you try to explain that they did not renew their contract. That's why they only pay 80%. I explained I was not paying for it. And to have Dr Cascio return a call to me so I can explain why I am not returning to his office. She hung the phone up on me. The front ofc does not know how to run a business. I was so disappointed.

From the 1st moment I walked in I felt like these people cared about me and I was a part of their family. The work I had on my mouth, there was no pain at all and they didn't over charge me for my dental work. I received a new patient gift on my initial visit and a card after my visit. I was amazed. The best experience by far at a dental office. I would recommend any of my friends and family to Arrow Dental Center. I truly don't mind going to the dentist now that I found one that cares about me and my teeth.
