We hired Badmash Factory to be our wedding videographers, and we would not recommend them to…read moreothers. Our wedding was in April 2016, and it took them over eight months to deliver the hour-long video. We gave them general guidelines for the video, and we provided a long list of songs to use as background music. However, during one of the most important parts of the video (when the bride is walking down the aisle), they used a song that we didn't like that was not on our list. They never reached out to us about that choice, and they made several other editing choices that went against our wishes. These would not be difficult things to fix, but Badmash Factory have been completely unresponsive to multiple emails and phone calls over the last two months. We understand that video editing requires numerous judgment calls, and we do not want to be overly meddlesome. But we think that the editor should be willing to make some minor modifications, especially if he makes a choice that is clearly at odds with our requests, and especially if we have done our part to clearly and concisely articulate our wishes at the beginning of the process. The approach of Badmash Factory appears to be "take it or leave it." So if you're lucky enough to get a satisfactory video after the first cut, you might be happy with Badmash Factory. But if even minor problems arise, don't expect Badmash Factory to do anything to resolve them. Also note that within hours of us posting this negative review, two five star reviews suddenly appeared for this company. So rather than make a little effort to resolve our problems, this company prefers to drown out our review with planted reviews. Don't fall for it. EDIT: 15 months after our wedding, after repeated emails and phone calls that received no response, we finally received a video that was more satisfactory. The video still disregarded some pretty basic requests. For example, why are there all these stills of the groom's childhood in the beginning of the video, and no stills of the bride's childhood? You have childhood stills of the bride too, so why not use them? Rather than pleading with them for another year to get this resolved, we have moved on with our lives. Terrible customer service.

He told her yes over the phone and then she said he will help introduce your business to clients. She also said that she would keep a party at her place to get a better ideal of the mobile spa business. All I got was 6 emails of screen shots of her website page back panel and 2 videos on search engine optimization. She also told me that my website content writing was to be redone and I ask if she was going to write it. She said not to worry that she was going to get it done but nothing happen. I had found a website writer name Brad who had a degree in English, business and economic. Brad took the time to review my website and said how he strongly disagree with Maureen on rewriting the site. That he found nothing wrong with it. After two months with nothing done, I decide to have my partner call her and ask for her to refund us back. She claim that she was working on it ( meaning her 6 email) and she wasn't refunding us. We contracted Ignite Digital as our SEO manager for iSky Films on February 29, 2024, with high…read moreexpectations for significant improvements in our website's performance and search rankings. Over the course of 11 months, we were charged $1,925 per month--plus an additional setup fee that made no sense--yet we saw virtually no measurable improvements. From early on (starting around June 5, 2024), we raised numerous issues: our website showed no signs of the promised changes, and every time we reached out, responses were slow, taking weeks or even months, and often nothing substantial was done. Despite assurances that changes would be made in month 1 and that resources would be front loaded for long-term results, the promised work never materialized. In fact, it wasn't until several months into the contract that they began writing and uploading blog posts--the very content we were sold on. And just as we requested detailed reporting in December, the content creation halted entirely, leaving us with a stagnant website and deteriorating SEO. The most damaging aspect was their handling of our keyword strategy. We had built up rankings for numerous valuable keywords, yet Ignite Digital focused solely on 11 paid-for keywords. Rather than supplementing our existing strengths, they replaced pages that were already ranking, which severely hurt our overall SEO performance. Throughout this period, the only element that was consistently "on time" was the monthly billing. Our experience with Ignite Digital has been, without exaggeration, one of the most expensive mistakes we've made. Their approach--characterized by delayed communication, minimal effort, and a lack of tangible results--has left us with no significant improvements after nearly a year of service. If you're considering their services, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere, whether that means bringing an SEO expert in-house or leveraging proven SEO tools and strategies.
