My Hometown branch location:-) A great establishment with the most friendly bank employees ever! A great location on the Main Street. Easy to stop in and get down to business. My only quandary is that there aren't Saturday hours. read more

Went in to get a cashiers check. Was charged $10 when I questioned that they said every chase does…read morethat. Never have I been charged for a cashiers check. Also the teller called me not by my name. And didn't listen to the other thing I needed. Everyone was rude and gave dirty looks. Won't be coming back and I sagest going to a different chase bank.

Worst chase branch I've ever been to, service is bad every time. This is the only chase location…read morethat will not allow chase customers to use the restroom, they don't provide complementary checks (they will charge you for one check), and they will not make a copy of a check that you're depositing for your own records. These are all things every other location has and will do for chase customers. This by far is the worst chase branch location I've ever visited and I will never go back here. Chase should close it down, it's ruining the rep that chase banks usually carry.

Incompetent. Keep taking me off my mothers power of attorney insisting that i never provided proof. I've been poa for 10 years. My mother does very little business with this bank, so it's the same crap every two years when we try to do something. My mother has been with these incompetent fools for 20 years at least. They're also extorting her with service fees on some credit account which she DOES owe them for, but which they will not allow an automatic payment to come out of her account for. Assuring that the scumbags rack up late fees and penalties because an 75 year old lady is easy prey. She's supposed to walk in their bank every week and pay them that way. The old women who assist you are really snotty and bltchy. I've gone 4 for 4 with old women who seem reluctant to help/ impolite. I did have one woman who helped me create my account there, she wasn't old, and she was very kind and willing to help. Someone should probably hire better bank tellers because most of the tellers at this keybank are poo poo. read more

What a waste of time & money!! Never again!!! We're extremely disappointed with the communication lapses and delays we've experienced with Community Bank during our home loan process. Despite assurances of a 'couple weeks' to closing, weeks turned into silence, requiring escalations to the branch manager to get basic updates. Their staffing constraints are unacceptable. If they're unwilling to address workload by adding personnel, they should adjust their loan volume to ensure existing commitments are met. This is simply not an acceptable way to treat customers. When I'm sure this bank has fumbled the loan. I will post the names of the people within this bank that you should stay far away from. They do not do their jobs and blame the underwriters for the slow process Edit: The bank requested additional information regarding our experience. We promptly complied with their request. While they acknowledged receipt of the information, no specific actions or timelines for resolution were provided. Our rate lock date is soon approaching! It's possible that within 2 weeks we will be going to Empower, like we should have from the beginning!! While I understand that deadlines mean nothing to banks, they DO mean something to people that have to ask banks to borrow money. I hope your bank learns to understand what a deadline is and why it's so important to keep your word when committing to a deadline.
