There are apparently new privacy policies require me to accept but surprisingly (not at all) when I read through the long list and attempt to   click the accept button as instructed-it's not there. The ongoing tech problems @Northwest have become too time consuming and stressful to justify staying. I have begun t he process of moving on. It is unfortunate but the inconvenience of moving to a less convenient bank and location is far outweighed by the inconvenience of continuing with Northwest.  This being said at the very least you could have tech support available.

I was a senior IT Manager for 45 years, 20 in banking, the system needs a definite upgrade. Adding a spouse to a current account should be simple. Plus we were asked to repeat the same questions too many times! It's not the first time I've had issues with this branch, we are currently investing other banks to invest our money.
