They are the most fun and energetic employees in the Valley. So opposite of where I work! I most recently went to Dollar Tree in search of a certain item and I couldn't find them (they had been moved around). I asked a staff member, Veronica, and she literally went beyond her call of duty to find repeats of the same item for me, which were kind of hidden. She is awesome and I want to commend her and all the staff here. I don't know their names but they are consistent and I always see their friendly faces. I love the store too, I always go for 1 item and come out with 10! .

Smart & Final is like a grocery store with warehouse quantity & prices! This store store has more fresh produce & better looking, more groceries and the both regular & large size products so I don't always have to go to a club store. The meats also looked better. Smart & Final also carries things like restaurant supply, foodservice, packaging and janitorial products. I used to get the butcher block paper for student use-it's cheap & works well. It's great if you need supplies for a school or job site. I am much more impressed with this Smart & Final than the former store. I recommend it & will definitely be back!

Going to the fair on a windy Sunday morning and went in looking for a hat with a strap so my wife wouldn't have to worry about chasing after hers. Did not find a hat with a strap, but we did peruse the clean and organized racks and aisles and saw plenty of other reasonably priced items. In the end, the fair was actually closed for the day due to high winds so no hat was needed. Would definitely recommend to others. Saw several faith-based items that were high quality (pictures, knick-knacks, scriptures, quotes, etc).

I ended up finding more of the items I was selling so I bought another dozen of them! If I'd known I would have such success and eventually run out I should have bought every one they had in stock! This store is in a strip mall and is much smaller than the store in La Mesa I go to and much more crowded. The clerks were nice enough but the store was much messier than I'm used to.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I hired them expecting professional…read moreservice, but what I got was a complete breakdown in logistics and a total lack of respect for my property. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company... that is unless you love broken furniture and terrible/non-existent customer service! The company showed up understaffed with fewer workers than we'd contractually agreed to. They didn't send the number of workers promised, which made the entire process slow, disorganized, and ultimately dangerous for my belongings. From the moment they showed up we contacted the company to address the concerns, but given we had everything scheduled logistically to be gone from our house that day, we had no option but to move forward with the smaller worker crew that showed up. Long story short, we wasted twice as long as it should have taken to get everything done due to the lack of movers. And in the process, they managed to completely break some brand new furniture in the process. It was broken so badly that they just threw it away. BUT THE WORST PART IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE: The "screw-ups" during the move were bad enough, but the aftermath has been even worse. Trying to resolve the damage and the contract breach has been a nightmare. Their customer service is dismissive and completely unwilling to take accountability for their failures. Even today, they were supposed to connect me with their claims manager (after about 5 phone calls and 5 emails), yet failed to do so as they said they would. It's clear they care more about booking jobs than actually fulfilling their contractual obligations or protecting your home. I've had to spend my own time drafting emails and fighting just to get a response regarding the property they destroyed. Do not believe the hype. They are understaffed, they break your furniture, and they will leave you hanging when it comes time to make it right. STAY AWAY.
