I spoke with the owner and he looked over the project and he provided me a quote, which I thought was just fine. The owner suggested that I hold off on the gutter replacement until the painting of my home was completed. I contacted the owner of Surfside, after the painting was finished, and he was supposed to stop back out to look over the project, one more time, before replacing my gutters. He did not show up or call me at the appointed time to meet and go over the gutter project. I left three more voicemails to schedule another time to meet.. It has been two weeks and he never called me back. I understand he does good work, but I am truly confused as to what transpired for him decide not to complete the gutter replacement on my home. If he was not interested in the project, he should have let me know. Very unprofessional.
