Olga called me and stated that they did not feel comfortable doing the job and that the apartment was smelly, which was not true. She also admitted that it was going to be an 8-hour job. Yes, that's what I was paying you for! But don't turn it back on me like I was the problem, just say that your girls weren't prepared to do the job! I'm booking with a company that is more professional and has the guts to tell me why they can't do the job instead of just walking away! Never again!
