Subject: A Heartfelt Thank You…read more Dear Charmaine Hemmings, Alison Moindron, and Leslie Cumbay, I hope this message finds you all well. I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank each of you for your professionalism, kindness, and support during my time at Camden Aventura. Your dedication and willingness to help have not gone unnoticed, and I truly appreciate the care and attention you bring to the community every day. It makes a meaningful difference to feel heard, respected, and supported, and you have each contributed to creating that experience. Your efforts help make the community feel like home, and that is something very special. Thank you again for everything you do. I am truly grateful. With appreciation, Marcela Gutiérrez

1/5 If I could give…read more0 stars, I absolutely would. This place should be ashamed of calling itself a gated community. The gates are constantly broken and left wide open, making the entire property accessible to anyone. At this point, there is absolutely no difference between this complex and an open public street. Any stranger, thief, trespasser, or unleashed animal can walk in without any restriction. What's even more alarming is that there have already been incidents involving stolen vehicles, yet management still hasn't taken permanent action to improve security. The condition of the property is equally unacceptable. Hallways and common areas are neglected for months at a time. Residents have repeatedly reported disgusting conditions, including dirt, debris, and even worms in the corridors. No one should be paying premium Miami rent prices to live in these conditions. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of urgency from management. Residents are forced to complain about the exact same problems over and over again, while nothing changes. Families with children should not have to worry about strangers walking around the property, broken gates, unsafe conditions, and unsanitary common areas. We are paying thousands of dollars every month, not to live in a poorly maintained property with zero accountability. This is not luxury living. This is not a secure community. This is a serious management failure. I would strongly advise anyone considering moving here to think twice before signing a lease. Beautiful palm trees and nice buildings mean absolutely nothing when basic safety, cleanliness, and resident well-being are continuously ignored.

WOW!! What a difference new management makes!…read more I've lived at Aliro for 3 years and the past management team was so corrupt - they took took bribes via Zelle to get out of a lease and they engaged in corrupt practices such as kickbacks from predatory towing companies. In the past, the phones were never answered and the customer service window was rarely open. The last management team acted as though they were elite and there was only one person who actually seemed to care (Dana) and even she blended into the prissy culture simply by association. NOW we have an incredible new management team that is actively working to improve things. I haven't seen the predatory tow company ("All-Ways Towing) since the new management moved in. NOW we have "food truck Fridays" which is an attempt to cultivate a community here again. NOW we have detailed monthly newsletters with exciting updates. NOW we feel cared for as residents and I can't wait to see what the future has in store! Aliro has so much potential.. it just needs to be managed properly and it seems now the right team is in place to do it. I'm still GTFO when my lease is over but I truly believe this will be a great place to live for residents moving forwards Keep up the great work!

The person that gave me my tour seemed like he wasn't really interested in showing me the amenities but just told me about them. I heard the amenities are amazing and I was wishing to see but honestly after that and the communication not being the best me and my significant other decided to just go with another place. I wanted to give this place a try but the workers didn't really seem interested. Also the hallways have a weird smell to them and have a horror movie vibe because of the lack of lighting in the hallways. I wish they had more security. If anyone else move in I hope y'all have a good time.

All elevators have been out of service for days in this high-rise, leaving residents--including…read moreseniors and people with disabilities--without reliable access to their homes. Florida and Miami-Dade regulations require timely elevator maintenance, yet repairs here have stretched beyond a week. Over the past 13 months of living here, elevator outages have happened multiple times, often lasting for extended periods. As of this week, all three elevators are out of service, creating major accessibility concerns for everyone in the building. Florida law (Chapter 399, Florida Statutes) and Miami-Dade County regulations require property owners to maintain elevators in safe, operable condition, and federal accessibility laws ensure residents with mobility limitations have equal access to their homes. Before signing a lease, I'd strongly suggest asking management for recent elevator inspection dates, repair records, and their emergency response plan for outages. Transparency and timely maintenance should be standard in any luxury building. #MiamiLiving #ElevatorSafety #ResidentExperience #MiamiApartments

I've seen dolphins jumping and you can also kayak around the area down from the dock at the pool. The gym is very nice and clean with very high end training machines. The office spaces to work are stunning. They have new activities every month that they post in the elevators like karaoke or wine tasting nights. The staff is very friendly and always helpful if there is ever any issue. You can also ride bikes for no charge around the neighborhood. I love living here!
