And the service is actually unlimited. We've had it for like 6 months now and I've haven't been charged and my parents have called the number more than a dozen times for all kinds of things. "Fixing the printer" (new ink cartridge). "Fixing the monitor" (Wire in the back came loose)...The tech guys have been really patient, with my mom especially (I don't envy them at all!).
