We had a terrible experience here and would not return. We needed a new screen for an iPad. We dropped it off and came back when they told us it was ready. However, when we went in to pick it up, it wasn't there. Apparently, they had given it to another customer. This is a crazy mistake to make. I know when I've had similar work done at other stores they are far more careful and this never would have happened. On top of that, when we finally got our device back from the random customer they gave it to, the screen cracked right way. They replaced it a second time and the home button hasn't worked well since. For all of our trouble, they gave us 10% off and an iPad that has never worked right since. read more

My 2015 MacBook speakers were blown out for a while. Apple tried to convince me to upgrade to a new laptop and didn't have the parts to fix my speakers. I've been Here three times now. They are very fast pretty knowledgeable and give great service. Their prices are competitive and are about half of what the Apple store wants. The first time I came here was for display they very quickly replaced the display I was responsible for breaking. The second time I was here the display that I bought from them wasn't working right and they replaced it under warranty with no problem. They handled it quickly and at no charge to me. While I was there the second time I also got a battery which is still doing fine more than a year later, and the new battery was a lot less then Apple. Just a few days ago Siri stopped working and although they made me upgrade my iOS which I knew wouldn't work since I upgraded my iOS when I tried to fix it before bringing the phone in they fixed it fairly quickly. In case you're interested I hate iOS 14 but they fixed the problem and they first tried to fix the problem by software rather than throwing parts at the problem which is a good thing in my opinion. my only caveat is that I don't think the replacement screen is as good as the Apple screen by comparing my phone to my wife's phone however the price was 1/2 of Apple, the service was fantastic, and I didn't have to drive all the way to an Apple store and wait around. They do a quick service during Covid although they make you wait in the car. I was recommended this place after my phone screen shattered over the weekend and I needed it fixed. I was pleased with how quickly they were able to replace it, but that's it. Please be advised that if you're replacing an iPhone screen you can go to a Best Buy or Apple store and get the screen replaced with a genuine Apple screen for only $20 more. I wish I knew this. The display/coloring/picture and touch response on my phone is now messed up because the new screen they used on my phone is NOT a genuine Apple screen. read more

My Samsung would not charge nor would it be recognized by a PC. They replaced the charging port twice, and didn't fix the problem. I even bought and gave them my own part that they didn't return. Since they didn't fix the phone, I expected a refund but got a runaround. As an electrical engineer who did my own tests on the phone, battery & charger, and have deep knowledge of how the phone is designed, I know that virtually everything they told me was wrong. They have very very little knowledge of how phones work. I 'd give them negative stars if that was an option. I wouldn't trust them to do even the simplest of repairs. read more

I went for a battery replacement on my iPhone 6s Plus. After they fixed my battery and when I was heading home and my phone was getting extremely hot and the cameras were not working. I called and brought it back and I was told that the screen needed replacing (although they did not tell me I'm assuming they broke something in the screen). Now I paid for the battery replacement and a new screen. With the new screen I noticed my 3-D touch was not working, I called them and they tried telling me it was something with the new update (which was false). Lastly, a couple days while using my phone with a Snapchat call no one could hear me. After looking it up, they broke one my microphones. I know there is risk with phone repairs, but after going here I should have just saved my money for a new phone. read more

My phone cracked because a car ran over it and I spent $400 on the repair and not even a week goes by and I takeoff my case and the whole back cracks I do not recommend going there first because of the insane prices they have and secondly the cheap stuff that they use for phones I suggest going to an actual Samsung or Apple company and letting them fix it to you because you'll be assured that it will not crack and that everything is 100% legit. read more

Took it back and they said they could replace it. They changed it...it appeared to be even worse. Took it back and they assured me it was correctable. They swapped it out again. Same issue. He showed us all the places where there was rust(it had been two days) , shorts, and corrosion. Unfortunately nothing could be done except for try and retrieve the data. I just came from We Fix Phones N More in Horsham/Warrington (corner of Easton Rd and County Line Rd). Last night my iphone wouldn't turn on or charge up, and neither the At&t store nor the Apple store could/would make it turn on. I had insurance on the phone through my carrier, but was mostly hoping to recover my thousands of not-backed-up photos of my 2 yr old and our family (ugh!). Apple said there may have been some water damage, because when they took off the case, they saw some water droplets :( Anyway, I spoke to the owner at We Fix Phones, and he restored my phone in less than 2 hours AND all of my photos are OK and my phone works perfectly. Not only that but they give a 90 warranty for everything BUT screen repairs. Today I went to see if they could do anything for me and they offered me 20% off to get it repaired again.
