We originally hired Landscape Impressions in 2016 to install a residential patio. They provided a…read morescope of work and pricing, installed the patio, then when the patio was completed, I was billed approx. $1,000 more than the scope of work stated. The excuse was that they ran into an unexpected grading issue during the installation. This grading item should have been addressed during the walk down/site survey and factored into the original pricing. When we received the bill, this price change was totally unexpected and was never communicated during the install. Also, I contacted the owner and met with him in person (6 months prior to the end of the 5 year warranty) regarding coming back to the job site to perform warranty work, due to paver settling in several places on the patio. After 6 attempts via email and voicemail and after 6 months had elapsed, they still did not come back to correct the issues. I finally escalated to a third party entity and then magically got a phone call from the owner the next day indicating they would be out to complete the warranty work. They did come out, however only 2 of the 3 paver settlement issues that I brought to the owner's attention (via the aforementioned in-person meeting and follow-up photographs) have been resolved. After performing the warranty work, the installer left the premise without checking in with me to go over the work he performed or to confirm that it was done to my satisfaction. I then received a letter in the mail within a week indicating that all warranty work had been completed (even though it has not all been addressed) - no follow-up phone call or email from the owner to determine if I was satisfied w/ the follow-up work. Read the mission statement on their web site - their actual level of service is totally out of phase with what the mission statement indicates. Overall, a very poor experience, lack of accountability, lack of communication, and extremely poor customer service, and total lack of business acumen by the owner. If you want to save a few bucks up front, go ahead and hire this company but be prepared for a battle when it comes to quality and any follow-up warranty work.

I always received advance notice before applications, and everything was handled professionally. Unfortunately, my second year was a completely different experience. I was unaware that my plan would automatically renew, and the first application was performed without the advance notification I had received the previous year. I accepted responsibility for not knowing about the auto-renewal policy and paid for that first service. However, after attempting to cancel both my lawn care and mosquito plans by phone and email, additional services were still performed and billed. I had to dispute those charges despite having emails documenting my requests to no longer receive services and to go elsewhere. What was most disappointing was the customer service. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the accounting/office manager (Angela) mainly argued with me, called me childish, and dismissed my concerns by saying, "It's just a lawn, it's not like we killed your dog." I found that response unprofessional, unnecessary, and oddly specific. The company also claimed appointment confirmations and invoices had been emailed, but I never received them despite checking my inbox, spam, and junk folders. Interestingly, I received invoicing emails the year prior, and unwanted promotional emails were delivered without issue. It's unfortunate because my experience during the first season was excellent, but the change in communication standards, and poor customer service I encountered mean I will no longer use or recommend this company.

I hired this landscaper to remove and haul away creeping pines and was given a quote for the work…read more Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. He missed the first scheduled appointment, saying he forgot. Then he showed up unannounced the following Thursday and unsuccessfully attempted to remove just one stump. After that, he asked for an additional money claiming the grass wouldn't grow because of the existing turf and it would need to be removed. The following Monday, he returned, sprayed some chemicals, and spread seed on top of mulch and turf -- without actually removing the turf or the pine stumps as originally agreed. Despite very little being accomplished, he left us a bill As of now, none of the stumps have been removed, and the job remains incomplete. I strongly recommend doing your due diligence before hiring this landscaper.

Gave up, put crabgrass root killer on the creeping pine? Not gonna work. Sprinkled grass seed and straw, and then left. Took $350 for barely any work and blocked us. Do not hire. Unknowledgeable and incompetent.
