He then proceeded to make me the copies. It took him 2 minutes to make the three copies. I asked him how much wax it, he said $16. I almost fainted. 3 simple key cuts of blanks that I provided, that comes out to $5.33 per cut of each key. Absurd amount. I will never return nor will I ever recommend this place.

Had I known I would've called somewhere else or found a hook to do it. 11-18-23 I called at 8:33 am due to having my keys locked inside of my house. They arrived by 9:0The only lock that needed to be unlocked was the door knob which is a fairly simple lock mechanism regardless. I had seen online that it was $35 and he told me that was the service charge, so I'm trying to understand how I was charged $80 altogether, all the guy had to do was stick a hook in the crack in the space that I had made and pop it open. Semms like a very easy job. So why was I charged extra $45?!? For a 3 second no labor job? Maybe because I'm a single mother stuck outside with a child they charged for my urgency?

We scheduled a few days later, and Marlon was here on time, and assessed the issue almost immediately. The garage door opener is working, perfect, and he did maintenance on the door itself as well. The door would not stay up on its own when manually opened, but he took care of that, and replaced the rubber seal at the bottom of the door, as well as adjusted all the hinges and pulleys. Their tech arrived first thing at 8am today and just fixed our issue. Leslie was amazing. Paid attention to the details and looked like a honest man.
