Our art experience included all the necessary art supplies and the privilege being guided through the creative process by our awesome art instructor, Mia. Mia was knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. She spent time with each one of us, explaining techniques and offering tips and motivation. The Affluent Concierge provided a unique and delightful experience, with great attention to detail and heartwarming personal touches. Everything was arranged by the VFW to honor my Dad's service to his country on his 100th Birthday. My family and I will be forever grateful for the Color Guard and ceremony ending in the presentation of the American Flag. The food was fabulous and the members of the VFW bent over backwards to make us all comfortable on an extraordinary hot day. Betsy, you are the best! Thank you to all of yiou!

I…read moreenjoyed myself, I am use to playing Bingo in California and their system here in Florida was very different. California payout are huge compared to Florida. I had asked in the beginning how do they payout for each game. I was told it depends on the number of players. So, I am thinking about $50 or $75 per game being I paid $16 for a 3 pack. I sat down and began organizing my cards and getting ready to play. All is well, there is a nice refreshment table of foods. I thought to myself darn if I only knew I would not have stopped at Hardees and bought my dinner. Also, they had bought pizza and all the food there was free. The games began and the first game lasted only 2 minutes and someone hit a BINGO. They were verifying the Bingo when I notice I would have won the first game if I had understood there was 8 different ways to win. That was my bad and I thought to myself there are 14 more chances to win. Well would you know it I hit a BINGO. I was so HAPPY inside. But, I had to split the game they paid me and I got a whole whopping $6. I hit another BINGO by myself! woohoo yeah and then another payout I got $12 this time. They payout are small but you can not put a price on KINDNESS and genuinely nice people. I enjoyed being around the people. I found a BINGO buddy who will pick me up to go with her to play. If they will have me, I will be going again to play BINGO!

They have a large open lot with ample staff to assist with coordinating the masses. There is a walking path that leads you from the lot directly to the St. Augustine Amphitheatre. I believe it's about a half mile walk. The lodge is open to the public, so you can chill and grab a beer before your event. There are several Porto-lets in the lot if you prefer to go that route. staff are friendly and efficient and I appreciate parking here versus fighting the crowds in Satellite Parking. If you do decide to park here, know that parking is limited so be sure to arrive 1.50 hours before a large event like this one. I arrived two hours early and about 20 minutes later there was a line of cars North and South the Elks entrance on A1A.
