The chicken is slightly dry for this picky North American palate. Like most Turkish cuisine the food is sufficiently savory (salty). My friends and I like the red pepper flakes, and sprinkle this on our food before we eat. If you're still hungry after the decent portion size, which comes in an aluminum tin tray, nosh on the sizeable loaf of bread that accompanies your meal. Very cheap but decently healthy meal.
