He's not obese by any means -- but he honestly told me the other parts of the meal wouldn't satiate his appetite. Oh yeah the drink was separate... and there's no self-service fountain, which means no unlimited drinks. Other differences I absolutely cannot stand include (1) customers are afraid someone else will take their food, so they still stand at the counter and crowd you as you place your order. They don't step away from the counter and wait for their number / order to be called. (2) Diners don't bus their trays when they've finished eating. Another staff member who circulates in the dining area will clean up your mess. I can understand how this creates a job -- but it conditions customers to be irresponsible for their own actions.
