I called after sitting down and realizing it was wrong and they had said if I noticed sooner before slices were eaten they could've made me a new one. But since 3 slices were ate, the best they could do charge me for ANOTHER small cheese pizza and refund me for the large I bought. I didn't want a refund and to pay for a small pizza. I just wanted the pizza I had ordered and PAID for to be the correct way I had ordered it. They refused to remake the pizza they had messed up so I refused their refund. As someone in the food industry/business owner you don't make the customer pay when you make a mistake on someone's order, could have saved a customer and future orders by simply remaking your mistake... only reason it's not a 1 star is because we do like their food.(when it's right) This is just not how you handle your mistakes.

All but one of us ordered personal pizzas, and the only different type was a large 2 topping. A few of us ordered super supremes but one was supposed to be on a thin crispy crust(trying to watch carbs). After waiting about 20 mins, the waitress cones out with one and already seems confused but sat the pizza in front of a guy in our party. He is being polite, as he's the only one with food in front of him. About 5 mins later, another exact same kind came out(mine). So now there's 4 ppl still waiting. No biggie. Right? Anyways, the 2 couples who recommended the place said that has never happened before. It was about 15 mins from the first pizza to come out to the last large 2 topping. I was going to wait until everyone got their pizza too, but they all told me to go ahead. And you don't have to tell me twice! I included a pic of my personal pizza and it fed me twice. They put a ton of toppings on it and it only costs $14. I took half of it home. We didn't make a big deal about the pizzas coming out one at a time. We just figured that maybe they only had one oven on. None of us were in any type of hurry. Our server was nice enough but there was too much confusion with who gets what. I'm retired from F&B and it would be easy to have a numbering system when taking orders so that the waitstaff doesn't have to start auctioning food. They should come out of the kitchen and know exactly where to put the food. It's a small restaurant and if you need help teaching your staff a numbering system, I'd be happy to help. It will cost you a pizza though. Just contact me and I can give you a quick run down. I don't offer my services free to anyone, but I don't like complaining unless I have a solution.

The driver delivered the wrong order to us, I informed him of the error, he said no problem , will correct and have order delivered via Uber Eats. Well, that driver needs to be blocked from any delivery, cause the 2nd order never arrived to me. After 9:30pm, Mr King himself delivered my order to me in the pouring rain.
