The crispy skin cracked beautifully to reveal moist hot chicken. The chips, which I was told would be salty, didn't taste much like anything and I had to cover them with table salt. I was hoping for a little spice from the mix coating, but not even a tingle. I hope to visit again soon. With everything made to order and the chicken being hand brushed and free-ranged I know that every meal will have outstanding quality.
