The fries were so stale like they've been sitting for 5 hours or longer and the chicken tenders weren't any better. There was barely any batter and it had a grey tint to it and once you took a bit you could tell the oil they fried hasn't been changed in days. Would not recommend anyone to come here.... I would give no stars if I could. But grateful for food to eat. read more

Ookay, maybe I was just hungry and uber tired, but I had had a terrible day, was made to feel horrible by a printer in Bozeman and then hubby had to go back to work to help a fellow employee and I went with him and we did not get done til almost 8pm. The lady at the counter could tell I was hot and having trouble seeing, instead of accusing me of being out of control, she offered to have me just tell her what I wanted and not need to know the number. She was friendly, helpful and fast. The food came up quickly and the spicy chicken sandwich was delicious. It was such a relief to be treated so kindly by someone so enthusiastic about their job. My first job, back in the 70's, was with Gino's, that was KFC with Gino's burgers, a store very similar to this little place. Thanx for last night, I needed that. read more

If I could, I'd give this a lower rating. This restaurant is filthy and disgusting. The staff is very inattentive. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes to ask a question after placing my order and finally gave up because even calling to the kids in the kitchen was useless. The "manager " wouldn't get up off her chair in the little room off the counter area. She went as far as to roll behind the counter on her chair to grab something. The containers holding various ice cream topping items were missing lids and sitting out on the counter where anyone walking by could touch them. The floors and tables were filthy. The kitchen was just as horrible and in desperate need of cleaning. Had I seen the dining area and kitchen before placing an order, I never would have eaten there. I felt compelled to review this KFC to negate previously low reviews. My order was fine, everything was delicious, and service was quick. I can only think that the low reviews were due to Covid struggles and/or employment issues, which I hope is behind us now. read more

Ordered food thru drivthru watched as lady swiped our bank card charge went thru bacause i have bank app. Then she reswiped it charged twice. My husband said something ive just got charged twice. The manager very hostile said no my machine does not say that my husband showed him he had lady give us cash refund but would not give us our food for other charge needless to say he also snactched his computer up front like they canverase what they did this place don't go here they charge don't give order now i have to have my bank look into it. Very friendly over the top service at this KFC location. Accidentally overdrew my checking account on gas and the lady was kind enough to comp my meal with a smile. Eventually I was able to pay for my food but the thought was genuine and rare. Pay this spot a visit. read more

I'm a fan of KFC as a once-in-a-while finger-lickin' treat, but whew, not when it's prepared like this. I don't know if the oil had been used for a batch or two too many or what, but this chicken had a bitter, industrial aftertaste that we just could not abide. I NEVER throw food away, but this bucket o' chicken was so bad that after the first piece neither the kids nor us adults could eat any more. I told the crew how bitter the chicken's taste was, and though they apologized, they did not offer a refund. Into the trash chute it went. Ugh. read more
