I ordered a number 16 or 17. Comes with a drink and nasty cookie. I was charged additional money for the drink that it was supposed to already come with. I called Mgr Diane Danzy to report this theft, by overcharging. She wanted to argue & be combative. So.....I know I'm never going back, but choice is up to you. I've been here several times and they have never gotten my order right on the first try. second or third pass they get it, usually with a smile, but it shouldn't be that hard. The last time I was inside and saw the girl drop a piece of chicken on the floor and then pick it up, with the tongs, and put it in the box she was filling. There really shouldn't be any reason for my food to take over an hour to get to me. I have had problems with this location in the past, but this last visit really tested my patience. I empathize with working in a high stress environment such as a fast food restaurant, but there was a lack of communication and coordination here.
