I usually go there without a problem. I recently went in with a Hispanic family and they made the food wrong. I tried to explain the situation and ask for a refund or an exchange of the original order and this lady maybe a manager was very rude and refused to give a refund. We had to pay full price for the food all over again. They do not have good Customer service here. They were also being racist and trying to take advantage of Hispanic people. read more

There are two things that I find worth eating, the sub sandwich and the butter garlic fries, although I would only recommend them once in a great while. Your arteries will thank you. Been coming to this place since I was a kid. The main man always recognizes me even outside of the restaurant. Their BG fries are the main attraction especially to the kids but what you need to get is the BG CHEESE fries if you thought you were hooked before. They have the absolute best shakes (strawberry especially) and although I'm now a vegetarian I still drool over their rubens. They have the best rubens on planet earth!! They are also open very very late. The reason for the 4 stars isn't because they only take cash. I can understand why some places do that cuz they charge them so much to use that service but my reason for 4 stars is because the place needs to be a little more presentable and the cooks should wear gloves. I caught them on several occasions without them and that's just gross. But other than that this place blows super star out of the water. read more

2 am and craving BG Fries. Well guess what. 20min before they close and the door is locked. But I peeked in the window and at least the workers are able to be in there making themselves a meal. Why have the OPEN light on during business hours if yer not open. Only go there now because it's the only place open till 2. Um. Maybe 1:30 now. They have specials that comes with garlic fries or regular fries instead of them being honest and letting you know they'll overcharge you for garlic fries & still give you regular fries this has happened on more than one occasion. I have been to Dean's multiple times. The food is so delicious. Everything on the menu is worth trying. The BG (Butter Garlic) fries are unbelievable. I was surprised when I ordered a double cheeseburger and found 4 patties under the bun! I recommend at least trying Dean's, you will not regret it. read more
