Disgusting service, rude girl at the counter and even worse food. Avoid this place, the manager even came out to correct her manners while I was trying to complete my order. read more

Schnitz has opened another restaurant location in the new "Laneway" section at Wesfield North…read more Lakes. Now it turns out Schitz has been around for a while but i had never heard of them! So off we went on an adventure, battling crowds of shoppers for a look at not only the new Laneway but to see what a place called Schnitz would offer. You can get either chicken, beef, fish or vegetarian schnitzel pan-cooked as a meal, on a burger or a wrap. We went Roll and Wrap options for our first try and the Hawaii Five-O was 'pretty awesome' according to my 13 yr old lunch mate who has recently discovered all things Schnitzel. Big piece of Pineapple, Chicken, cheese and bacon, with a side of fries, he was pretty happy with his choice, and was trying to figure out already what he would have next time. For me I tried the American Dream Wrap with chicken schnitzel, cheddar cheese, cos lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, dill pickles, tomato sauce & Honey Mustard, pretty tasty if you ask me. I was a bit hesitant thinking i would get overwhelmed with sauce, but it wasn't to be, every bitw was pretty tasty with chicken schitz the whole way down. The chips are also good, I enjoy lots of salt on my chips and these were awesome, beer battered chips with lots of flavour. I will definantely go back and give tehm another go!

What else: Absolutely lovely people and they came all the way to NY from Aussieland! This is my first ever review in Australia, so g'day to all of you in the land of Oz. I was extremely impressed that the cuties from King Of The Wings flew all the way around the world to Buffalo to take part in the Wing Festival. I hope they liked Buffalo. Talking to them was a real pleasure, but the shocker was that their wings, and crazy sauces, were actually better than a lot of the Buffalo places. The wings were actually hot (well done) and the sauces - especially the crazy fluorescent radioactive bright orange one - were tasty, if a little different from what I'm used to. It was a very long line (over 20 mins to get wings) but it was very worth it. They were the best wings I had at the wing festival, and when I finally get to Australia, I'm going to come here.
