So off we went on an adventure, battling crowds of shoppers for a look at not only the new Laneway but to see what a place called Schnitz would offer. We went Roll and Wrap options for our first try and the Hawaii Five-O was 'pretty awesome' according to my 13 yr old lunch mate who has recently discovered all things Schnitzel. For me I tried the American Dream Wrap with chicken schnitzel, cheddar cheese, cos lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, dill pickles, tomato sauce & Honey Mustard, pretty tasty if you ask me. The ingredients all seemed fresh enough and none of the meat had been cooked before like some restaurants I've eaten at. The Szechuan chicken was also nice although it could also have been a bit spicier. I don't like my mouth to be on fire after a meal, but with Szechuan you expect a small amount of burn. The rice was rice, cooked well enough but it's pretty hard for a restaurant to mess that up!
