I love the tenders at KFC! Unfortunately I ordered a 12 piece for my family. Got home to find the wrong meal in my bag. Drove back to the restaurant to get the order corrected. I barely got an apology. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past or only found at a few top notch restaurants. I sure hope they can improve! read more

This KFC is one of the worst fast food places I have ever been at, the service is very slow, confused, don't take the job seriously but a little kind. I usually don't like writing bad reviews but I was door-dashing, when I walked in at first for my first door dash they we're arguing with this very nice elderly couple about how they don't have crispy chicken and took very long to get my online order. My second dash had a mom and a child which we're there for one sandwich and the girl at the counter obviously didn't know what to do and waited 10 minutes to ask about the computer about why it wasn't "working", they got my order and forgot a drink which got me in trouble with door-dash. My third time coming there after 43 minutes there was the child and the mom still there waiting for their order, I got my dash and they forgot the drink again. The employees at this place we're also very unsanitary, what I mean is I saw a person in the back wipe their nose with their hands while handling food. read more

I was looking for a place to get a decent meal for our family and friends to take back to the visitation night at a funeral home. I didn't have time to order a deli tray, so someone suggested the KFC down the road. From the second I walked thru the door and saw the statue of the colonel sitting on a bench in the dining room, I knew I loved this place. How can you not love KFC? Of course I couldn't eat it every day, but it's a finger lickin' good treat! I just so happened to catch a sale - two free sides with purchase. Yeah buddy!! The manager took my order and was so patient with me as I wasn't sure how much to order for the entire family. She offered suggestions, asked questions all while wearing a friendly grin. Everything was hot and fresh. We were even given plates, forks, and napkins. My only complaint is about the butter and honey. This is not at all the individual restaurants fault, but the corporation. The honey isn't even honey - it's labeled 'honey sauce' and the main ingredient is high fructose corn syrup. The butter is like a margarine paste. I'm no health nut by any means, I just like real butter and honey for my biscuit!! lol!! read more

I ordered a 2 for 6 for the bowls on DoorDash and only got one. I immediately called the store to see if they forgot it and whoever answered was really rude. I got told that they didn't have that deal anymore and when i tried to explain that they should contact the app to get it fixed so no one else gets in the same situation. They told me they couldn't help me and hung up. Maybe they were having a bad day but I wish it had been handled better. read more

Best KFC in the area bar-none. When you walk in you'll notice signs claiming they won the award of being the #2 KFC in Michigan a few years running, and for good reason. It's funny, I can actually tell what KFC people go to when they come back with it, as the one on West road in Trenton has completely inferior food, and I'd never go there with this one so close. There are a few cuties working behind the counter too, but they always get the order right (sometimes you have to remind them on the no-corn with the Bowl) and serve the highest quality KFC. read more
