I have written bad reviews about this KFC in the past and is was warranted. I will admit I avoided this place for some time because of rude employees bad food or no food at all. The recent visits (4) have all been great experiences, food has been great, fast, and the staff is pleasant. Got home, and what I got was moldy biscuits and 2day old of chicken, asked for original and still waited for 15 minutes to have all original. I've given this location several tries before writing this. Over the past 8 months of living here I've visited 4 different times. And each time is a disappointment. The food was awful, and the service was worse. I'm friendly and kind understanding the fast food industry is difficult but every time I go I'm greeted with a scowl and attitude. For the amount of money I paid for a family meal the "crispy" chicken was spongy and the potatoes too salty to eat. Even worse when given the bag I had put it in the passenger seat and noticed the gravy wasn't closed and it spilled in the bag. I would go elsewhere to spend your money. read more

This KFC is close to home BUT if I have the time to drive to the Shaw location I will. The employees here are a bit rude and I've only encountered two here that are polite. I went to this location last week and ordered the crispy chicken meal at the drive thru, it was 11am and I believe I was their first customer as it was totally empty. Anyways as I pull up to the intercom, I'm shouted a fast and loud pitch to try their family meal for $50, I say "no thank you" to which I hear a loud sigh and a "what can I get you"? response. Okay...I order and as I pull up to the window and pay the lady, she hands me my drink with soda spilled on the sides and a lose lid. She practically tosses me my bag and quickly close the window. She also gave me a very uncomfortable glare. So I think maybe she's having a bad morning, I get home and open the sandwich up and it looks stale and old. How can that be if it was 11:00 am?? Ordered online and they had my order ready before the pick up time. Friendly manager, and overall great pick-up experience.

Placed an order for grilled chicken. Was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. Gave them ample time for it to be ready and when I picked it up and got home I discovered it was the wrong chicken. When I called to let them know about it, I figured they would take care of it and it wouldn't of been an issue after that. But when instead they told me I would have to wait even longer that's where the problem comes from. Horrible customer service to say the least. read more

Ordered the over priced, extra crispy chicken tenders, definitely not extra crispy at all. Teller asked what kind of sauces I wanted. After leaving the restaurant found there was no sauce at all. No ketchup, not bbq sauce, and no butter & honey for the biscuit. It's aggravating when you order your food and they don't give you what you want or what you ordered. I only go to KFC maybe once a year, and when I do, it's the same experience. Not the greatest attitude from the manager or the people working the window but they're Either out of whatever you want to order or when you do get it, it's obvious it's been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. I just ordered chicken strips and there was barely any meat and they were tough and dry like a piece of jerky. I'm still in shock at the KFC in Kerman is still in business. And I've never heard anybody talk positive about the managers. Not going there again. I keep giving them a chance but it's the same problems. read more

This is your standard KFC being on the cleaner side as far as fast food joints go. It has he food you expect to get from KFC and it's hot and appetizing. My boyfriend and I usually get a mixed bucket of chicken half regular and half extra crispy. I live the breasts because I feel they're meatier but the dark meat thighs and drumsticks are good too. Sides for us are usually mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, biscuits and sometimes Mac and cheese. It's all great! Reminds me of my childhood. The best thing for me is making little fat bomb sandwiches by putting chunks of the juicy fried chicken, including skin, into a split biscuit with some mash and gravy. Seriously so good. read more

Sometimes the chicken is fresh and sometimes it's not. Unfortunately it seems that you can't have a consistent meal here. I only order through the drive through because the inside smells super greasy. I understand that chicken is fried here but I am sure that the smell can be regulated. Perhaps the vents are not degreased nightly. It's time for a deep cleaning folks. The customer service is okay. I don't see a great effort being put forth. How is it possible for those spicy wings to never be available. They have said they don't know how long they would take to saying I would have to wait 10 minutes for them to be ready. I may just say okay next time to really see if that's how long it would take. This is the only KFC in Kerman like most of the businesses. We only have one because we are such a small little town. However Walmart does have fried chicken but they have no drive through. We do have other unorthodox fast food chicken options. read more

Worst KFC I've ever been to. Took about 10 minutes for someone to take my order then when I finally got my order the mash potatoes or gravy was rotten or something . Kerman KFC has a fresh look as they recently remodeled the inside of their restaurant. However, the quality of service and food has remained dismal at best. Twice in one week my wife and I chose to eat here and twice they were out of chicken. Yes out of chicken breast the first time and no grilled chicken breast the second time. I guess nobody eats healthy in this town or they would have more grilled chicken available. Next time we will visit Madera and see about their service and quality. read more
