So today the choice for lunch was RT pizza here in Kerman. I have to say though, ever since there has been new management, things are looking bad. The new manager, I believe she is, an older woman that is not very hospitable. I've noticed a lot of the former employees are gone. They made it feel like you were welcomed and they remembered my name upon entering! That hasn't happened since I've noticed the change. I still like to come here though as the pizza is good. But today I needed to use the women's restroom and it was beyond disgusting. It had never been like that before. Gross! It probably hasn't been cleaned since the other manager left! I was afraid to touch anything as it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Maybe the management should take a look in there once in a while. read more

Vickie deserves 5 stars for the level of service she provides all customers. Her attention to detail is unmatched. Her goal is to always ensure her customers leave with a smile. Was very happy to find her working this location when we arrived. The location itself I don't think has been updated in a couple of decades and it's tired. If they gave this location some love it would pay off big time. Everything about the location is just old. The employees are great here. read more

I walked into Roundtable Pizza in Kerman Ca on Oct 31st at 10:45 am and was told by one of two employees there, that they weren't open yet?? That is very interesting because the sign on the door clearly says open at 10:30 am. I mention the sign and the hours and was still turned away and told quote " in 15 mins"making it 11:00am. I was ordering a pizza for the Kerman High School Chorale. Their are 16 kids in that Choir. I was very pleasant and couldn't understand why I was being turned away? There was no one else in the restaurant. Perhaps if one of the employees had bothered to give a quick explanation as to why they opened late, I would've understood. 4/26/23 Getting lunch. Good music playing. Lunch special ordered. Veggie chicken personal pizza. Salad bar included! Everything looks fresh and delicious! Loaded up! Got a drink too. Very nice place! Good atmosphere! Calm. Definitely, family friendly. The worker kindly told me I could have a seat and she would let me know when it was ready. Waited a little bit. The music made it better! My name was called a little later with an apology for the wait. Appreciated! Lunchtime! Large salad. I put it on a plate and everything tasted fresh and delicious! Really liked the hard boil egg, jalapeños, mushrooms, mini corn cobs and, well,......everything! Great salad topping variety! Didn't even need dressing. I used to love this place and their service but now their service has gone down in the toilet. This is the 3rd time they've messed up. I've ordered both online and on the phone. First time on the phone for pickup, they didn't even have the order ready because it wasn't sent from the phone operator to the establishment. Second time on the phone for pickup, they didn't have the order ready saying it's going to be "another 20 minutes". THIRD time today ordering online for pickup, they didn't even START on the order despite picking it up 30 minutes after the order was placed. I was given a 15 minute estimate. Went up to the counter asked for the order to which they asked one of their coworkers "Did you start on blanks order?" To which they responded with a confused and hesitant "no". So here we are 60 minutes total waiting for a pick up order. read more

The Bathrooms are equivalent to a Tenderloin bathroom in San Francisco. It is beyond outdated... beyond remodeling. did I mention the Bathrooms? We stopped in here for lunch and got the "all you can eat buffet" for about 10$. There wasn't much selection, and what was there seemed like the heat lamps had been on it for a while. After a salad and gnawing on some stale pizza, finally a fresh combo pizza made its way out. That pizza was great...... unfortunately that was the last Fresh pizza we saw. I'm not sure if we just hit it wrong, but there could have been a better selection, and maybe some pizzas that hadn't been sitting there for hours. Probably won't be back to this place anytime soon. I really like round table pizza. Always have..... but this kinda sucked. I recommend taking a good hard look at the buffet before you buy the buffet. read more

Where do i begin? The place smells like manure, no joke. The employees smell like sweat. The restrooms are dim and there's only room for one. They have terrible service. The pizza was very similar to me-&-eds, seriously, dry under bread, tasty crust, good sauce, and even number of pepperoni. And worst of all were all the flies. Horrible customer service. We ordered a thin crust and received pan pizza. I even confirmed with cashier if we are getting thin crust. The toppings for pizza was very minimal. You probably get better pizza at little Caesar. Salad bar was frozen and not fresh. Spinach and broccoli was rotten on the bottom. I had to ask for them to bring some fresh cucumber because the previous cucumber was frozen and rotten on the bottom. Utensils was dirty and soda machine wasn't working properly. Went in starving for the pizza lunch buffet after deciding against both Mexican and McDonald's. Guess my baby really wanted pizza. It's like $20 and change for two with drinks. They have a salad bar with a variety of fresh toppings and dressings which was good. Their pizza choices are somewhat lacking with a total of four flavors to choose from but it's still endless pizza. They had a supreme, pepperoni, Hawaiian and white sauce chicken and bacon. They also had garlic twists and cinnamon twists. I guess if you're a vegetarian don't get the buffet because you can only eat the knots and salad. The selections when we first got there were also cold but they yell at you in the dining room when they put out a fresh, hot pizza. The interior is clean and spacious. The staff was fine although I actually only saw one person working the entire time. That's fine because with the exception of one other table we had the place to ourselves. The location makes this a convenient place to eat between Fresno and Mendota. The place is small, but the lunch pizza buffet will still have all of the necessary items for your salad! 1 hour to 1 and 1/2 hour delivery time on a Tuesday evening? C'mon Kerman Round Table you gotta step it up!!! Do you ever get the feeling that these young kids working the night shift at these different restaurants sometimes tried to punk you with these long delivery times and unavailable products just so you won't place an order and they can just hang out and work less? It's kind of like when you get to the drive-thru at El Pollo Loco and they tell you they're out of chicken with a wait time of 30 minutes for chicken so you say that's fine, then they get annoyed, and yet somehow your chicken comes out in about 10 minutes. UPDATE: The pizza only took 50 minutes to get to me and it was EXCELLENT so I am raising my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. read more

I m writing this review of this place for one reason. I seen one employee stand out from the rest. Her name is Juanita. One of the hardest working employee I ve in many years. She was very nice, professional and amazingly sweet. She was on her game with orders, an service and seem to be the only one who cared about the store and it's quality of service it that is supposed to be given. I really appreciate her service and her personality she provided when I was there. She really needs to be recognized by her boss for the awesome job she gives with a smile. read more

I'm very upset with the service I received from this round table. I ordered a large half pepperoni, half combination pizza with added pineapple. I called at 6:28 pm and I didn't get my pizza till 7:17 pm. That's almost an hour wait. When I got my pizza it was cold and my order was wrong. They forgot to add the pineapple. When I called to tell them about my order the manager offered not to charge me for the pineapple next time I ordered. I'm sorry but that's not exactly how I would like the problem to be fixed. I don't eat pizza often and I wanted pineapple on my pizza today not the next time I ordered. So I just asked him to reimburse me for the pineapple. He said he'd send the delivery driver back with the $2.00. I also let him know that it took them a really long time for them to deliver my pizza. He didn't seem to care and didn't even bother to apologize for the wait. He just ignored me. I didn't even get an apology from the mistake they made. I'm sorry but if this guy is a manager he needs further training on how to take care of customers. The delivery guy was a much better help since he offered me a 25% discount next time I ordered for the mistake they made which to me was a better approach and he did apologize for the mistake. I wont be using that 25% discount. I'll be ordering from meneds next time. read more
