I would give a negative 1 million stars. They don't know anything at this location in my opinion. They didn't have prices on the chicken wings or strips on the menu board. We paid over $40 for 6 wings, 3 chicken strips and a famous bowl and no drinks! The bowl was the only thing priced on the menu board. Over priced and unknowable in my opinion. Wow! Just read the reviews on this place! We will never eat at this place again. Not sure if we will ever eat at KFC again!!! They also don't do refunds per the rude manager and he said it's posted on the door! The The hygiene at this place was horrible. I ordered a family bucket of extra crispy, It was 2:00pm with all the sides and was dissapointed to say the least, it was ready fast and all the chicken in the bucket was soft like ( not even close to crispy) like it sat under a lamp all day or was not cooked, i spent 57.00 there, being new here, you lost my business on day one. read more

Stopped at this KFC in Lebanon with my wife we were on or way to a edm show at the lake of the Ozarks. Ordered a three piece meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken was very greasy. Not crispy at all. I didn't finish eating it. The mashed potatoes were luke warm. So after we leave the restaurant we are heading to the lake and I start experiencing some serious stomach cramps. And they only are getting worse. And this is happening less then ten minutes after eating the greasy crap they gave me. Thank goodness my wife stopped at a convience/ gas station or there would of been a accident all over the leather seats of my new suv. Had to take some imodium to settle my stomach. Thankfully it helped. I will never again stop at this KFC again. My wife got lucky she had three bites of her chicken and couldn't finish it either. But didn't get the stomach cramps I got. Never. Ever. Again. Last night I stopped here to get some food before we headed home from the ER. We were in the drive thru; my sister was looking over the menu. Literally, 15 seconds after us sitting there the guy says can I help you make a decision? I said, "just give us a second, we're looking at the menu." No kidding, 15 seconds later he said the same thing. I told him we were just reading over the menu. Nope, another 15 seconds and he's back. This time I was a little confused. I told him we would let him know. His answer was "you're on a timer and we have to get you through the window." My sister made her decision and I ordered. Now I guess I should say that this was about 8 pm. There was no one behind us in the drive thru. No one in front and the parking lot was empty. I got to the window and did something I NEVER do. I asked for the manager. He came up to the window and I told him I didn't appreciate being rushed to order. He said the same thing. It's our policy. I told him I thought their policy was BS. He asked if I wanted to speak with the general manager. I said if course I would. She said the same thing. It's our policy. So, at this point I'm steamed. I could see or order sitting on the counter by the window. I said, "well, policy this!" Then drove away. If you like being rushed to choose, then go to this KFC. LOL read more

we were rushed to order food every 30 seconds because "she's on a timer". then we pull around and there's a car at the window for about 2 minutes and then we get to the window and pay and because the chicken is going to take another minute in a half and we need to pull around to the front. whatever policies are in place are a complete joke. for my partner and myself this kfc just ruined everything in this experience and will not be back. read more
