It's about average for KFC standards. The only things I get at KFC anymore are either the Chicken Pot Pie or the $10 8 piece bucket of chicken special that they do sometimes. The food is decent. It's not groundbreaking, but it's decent. Plus, I go closer to lunch time when I go to KFC. I feel like any restaurant should be doing their best at those hours. read more

Then said "we don't have no green beans" "what do you want" we ordered Mac n cheese and corn and got Mashed potatoes and corn no butter for the biscuits. Just a bunch of mustard packs. I've gone through the drive through 4 times in the last month and a half and they have told me they were out of original 3 of those times. The one time I actually bothered to order, the chicken was tiny, blander than I remembered, and the cashier regularly has a care less attitude. read more

Ordered through their app and had to go in to pick it up. The only person wearing a mask was the person handling the drive up window. The person assisting her had her mask around her neck. So we spend $50 and they left out our chicken strips. Didn't realize it till we got home. No big deal. We call to see if there still open so we can go back and get them and the lady rudely answers the phone to begin with. I tell her my girlfriend just left there and before I can finish she says, "They forgot the chicken strips." I said yes. She then replies with an attitude and says," Well come back and get them then." Or you can come get them tomorrow." So we have to waste gas going all the way back not to mention wait on our cold as food cause we're not about to sit here and eat while our kids wait for my GF to get back with the chicken strips and the kids have nothing. It's funny how my family and I have to ask for a new cup for a refill, and also ask for napkins, straws and lids when the cashier isn't wearing gloves after touching cash. Also, two workers are directly eating out of the food trays in the kitchen, which are also not wearing gloves. And there is at least one worker not wearing gloves prepping food. If you are concerned about getting people sick, then you should take better precautionary measures. And I have a video to prove it!! read more

Me and my family just order mash potatoes and large fries there and we just bought the 10 $popcorn chicken and their Hardly and actually chicken the bites and the costumer service was awfully rude . Believe me, I did not want to give it 1 star. The only reason I did is that maybe they were having an off night as I have enjoyed an experience here before. It took 20 minutes to get 1 meal, employees very rude & disrespectful, flat out lied to my face about me being in the parking lot they told me to go to (I was) & then lost my order. The only thing edible was the chicken. I called & lodged a complaint and was told the manager would call me back the next day. NEVER HAPPENED. Once again my order is not what I wanted. I love KFC's original chicken and I don't care for their extra crispy. It's not that hard to fill an order correctly. It seems like if you're out of original you just substitute in crispy. Or if your out of breast you substitute in legs. This time is too many. You've lost a customer for good. read more

Ordered on line for pick-up at 6:04PM, 09/02/20. Waited over forty minutes for incomplete order. Everyone in the drive thru and customers who walked in received orders while I waited. Food was good, absolutely worst service. Staff did not care about the wait. Gave the appearance of doing it purposefully. Family likes KFC but rest assured if there were another location nearby I would drive the extra distance to avoid this location. Most employees did not wear masks or gloves while preparing food. Family has to beg, plead and threaten to get me to go to this location. read more
