This is a barbaric Muslim tradition in which the animal suffers & is in pain & therefore is left alive for minutes and in agony while the blood drains from its carcass! Yesterday's visit to The Hudson reaffirmed how good the bar is in my eyes - it's such a jack of all trades - serves a whole host of different beers - I had the Sam Adams, something that you don't see too often in Belfast.
