We had a long roadtrip and drove to get food, we got there and as soon as we pulled up to the menu board he told us the majority of the food was not in stock due to the truck not getting there on time, which I understand. He told us we couldn't order the food unless we got a certain meal, and was very sassy/angry while he told us this. I think they should work on their communication towards the costumers. read more

I'm certain we have one of the worst KFC's in the state. The food is either cold or dried out, or they just don't have any. I've never gone to a restaurant where they are consistently out of food. I'm certain the employees are tired of being hollered at. Would give them an attitude. And being human they would eventually pass that on to the customers. Very dirty. Doesn't have a changing table in the bathroom. An employee told me to just change my 1.5 year old child on the floor... we went over to a corner table that was dirty cleaned it off changed our children on their clothes on top of the table, which we ate at. The employees were talking about it and were checking the garbages for the dirty diapers to see if we changed them on the table.. not sure where else we were supposed to. An employee changed the garbage then wiped his hands on the tables on his way back to the kitchen. Was also told they don't serve milk anymore because it always curdles. After spending six hours collecting funds for victims in Houston - we called this KFC to see if they would want the opportunity to reward youths of the community with a free drink or meal. I have so many reasons why people shouldn't go here but I'll keep it short, these people attitudes are loose, there food are never cooked ready I eat here most of the time, and the chicken is in soooo much oil, always call to see if they can put a fresh batch so I can head to the store and they pick up the phone and hang up trying to be slick, just go else where honestly. read more

Extremely slow service, unsanitary and overall just a disgusting place to eat. This place has gone down hill horribly. They really should just close it down. Employees are disrespectful, slow, and dirty. Even after they sanitize their hands, they will continue to touch their face, hair and clothes. Ive even seen an employee use the restroom and return to work without washing his hands until I said something. Incredibly slow!!! I'm here at supper time and they have 3 people working in the kitchen, but only 1 seems to be putting orders together. The lady at the drive through hasn't moved for 6+ minutes. We found the restaurant clean, bright and cheerful inside. We thought KFC had the same recipes for all the restaurants. Once or twice a year we will eat at the Merryville Missouri KFC and always think all the food is great. We found here the chicken was very salty, but other than that not bad. I got a nacho supreme from the Taco Bell side felt it was just about what was expected.not bad not great.The girl that took our order was also mediocre. I usually don't eat at KFC when I eat fast food because they're usually pricier than others and not so easy to eat on the go. However, I had some extra time and wanted some crispy chicken, so I thought I'd stop in. I will probably never eat KFC again after that experience. The employees were yelling at each other the whole time. They also didn't appear to be very sanitary. One girl put on her gloves then proceeded to pick at her shirt and flick her hair with her gloves on right before handling food. I realize that probably happens a lot at fast food, but she was in the very front in plain sight of guests so I'm a little concerned about what happens in the back. After waiting for our food for 10 minutes, we got called up to the counter so the lady could tell us they were out of crispy and extra crispy chicken so she was giving us grilled. Okay, sure. I mean that's why I stopped and have been waiting but whatever. The grilled chicken looked like it'd been sitting out for 5 days, and it tasted like it too. I didn't even finish my chicken. The biscuit was at least good, but that's it. They didn't keep things very well stocked as they were out of lids for cups, and a lot of the tables were very dirty. It's also not like they were very busy because there were only 3 other couples in the restaurant besides us. Save your time and money by going somewhere else. Not worth the price at. all. read more
