They were fairly quiet on my visit, so I was able to get a booth despite dining alone - it was pretty comfortable. As with any Nando's in general, you can order via the Nando's app / QR code at your table, or if you prefer the personal touch there is always the option of ordering at the counter. If like me, you have an allergy, you'll need to order at the counter with a manager to make sure the request is sanctioned correctly. I did find the food expensive for what it is, as of June 2024, my meal came to £15, which I find to be a little expensive for fast casual, and that doesn't include extras such as drinks and Perinaise. The prices also seem to be rising out of control too, even in the current climate they seem to be putting their prices up every couple of months, much more frequently than rivals. Despite being a chicken restaurant, they don't offer regular mayonnaise, so you'll have to choose between their vegan alternative or pay extra for their Peri-naise (mayonnaise mixed with peri-peri sauce). The manager was friendly, she took me to the table and eventually took my order. I went for my usual Nando's order: Medium Chicken Butterfly, with Peri Chips. Spicy Rice and Perinaise The overall food quality wasn't great, my chicken tasted good but it was served lukewarm, the rice was all clumped together, and the chips were piping hot which suggests they made the rest of the meal too early if only the chips were hot. 2* - Far from the best Nando's, as reviews suggest. I would be unlikely to return if I was ever in the area again, but due to a lack of alternatives nearby, I may be left with little choice.

The tables are super close together and so when we got out to order, my friend was almost touching someone else's meal. Totally far from ideal. Ordering wise, the queue was ok, but I was told they didn't have my first choice of beer - the lager from Mozambique and in fact they'd never had. Still a bit puzzled why it's on the menu, but ok. I ordered my chicken and side no problem after that. However, what followed was kinda one mishap after another. We were waiting for quite a well, when one of the server came over and asked if I minded waiting an extra 15 minutes for my sweet potato wedges. I'm a massive fan, so decided to stick it out. When the food arrived it was ok, chicken was cooked well and the wedges were good. It was when we ordered dessert, it went wrong again. They let me order the raspberry cheesecake, which I was super excited for being a favourite of mine. We were waiting then for a good 10 minutes before someone came over and said they don't have any left. I tried to get the salted caramel one, but that had gone. So it was a toss between two different types of chocolate desserts. I had the cheesecake, but prob ball would have give it a miss, if I'd have known before. I'm sure it's just teething problems and when they are more established, it will be back on track, but was kinda disappointing for a first visit.

Staff took the food but would not provide a response to the fact they delivered bad food. Despite calling the premises multiple time just getting ignored.
