Ordered doordash tonight and received a very messed up order. Ordered A large sweat tea, large Pepsi, 2 classic chicken sandwiches, a side of Mac and cheese and a famous bowl. I got two of the hardest pieces of chicken slapped on some bread. I can't even bite through it. (See photos). We didn't get our Mac and cheese, the drinks were replaced with pink lemonades that taste strong of minerals, like drinking hose water with pink lemonade mios drops. I went to KFC on North Davis Drive in Warner Robins, GA. I ordered and paid for a two piece with a breast and wing. I was given a leg and thigh. I called and talked with manager Dana. She was very apologetic and offered to replace the order. On the day I went back ,I was given a breast and wing and couldn't eat it because it was so old and dried out. Trying to break apart the wing was like breaking apart an over cooked chocolate chip cookie, and I'm not exaggerating. No-one should have been served that. Not even a dog. I called back and it sounded like someone picked the phone up and hung it up, terrible. Since I couldn't complain to them, I'm doing it here. I counted 6-7 employees and 10 lobby customers excluding drive thru which was 5 cars! After 15 minutes I approached the counter to get a refund on my card. The nice lady boxed my meal so I could go to work! They had no pot pies ! Those $5.00 pot pies were the only reason I drove there but never got one! read more

so I go to the KFC in my car and I order 1 large fry with some chicken wings. Takes a little bit the service took a while they said 5 minutes we were waiting for 13 and I was in a hurry abt to go inside. I'm writing this review regarding a very disappointing experience I had at this location on 5/10/2025. 1. While in the drive-thru, we were told to go around a car and park. However, the car we were told to go around was already in the process of leaving. If we had followed the instruction as given, it could have caused an accident. While we waited for the car to move, instead of helping us properly, another employee came out and told us to move again, creating more confusion and frustration. 2. I ordered a 3-piece meal with all thighs, but received 2 thighs and a drumstick. I do not eat drumsticks, and the order was clearly incorrect. 3. We also received unsweetened teas instead of sweet teas. When I called the store to explain this, the woman who answered told me, "That's how the teas taste--we tell everyone that before they order." That was absolutely not communicated to us at the time of the order. 4. During the same call, I asked if I could bring in a photo of the food along with my receipt the next day. I was told no--that I must bring in the actual chicken, no matter the day. Not only was this inconvenient as I had already made it home during a storm, but I also believe instructing customers to bring back food is a health code violation, especially if it's not the same day. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable, both in terms of safety and service. I expect better from a company like KFC. read more

I would rather eat dog food then eat this "food". Absolutely repugnant. Where do I even begin? And not only was the food bad, the lady who took our orders was unbelievably rude and nasty to me and my autistic grandson because he was taking a while to order. The chicken was rotten smelling, like it had been reheated poorly MANY times. The ambiance was awful, dirty floors, gnats, and sticky tables. Worst KFC in the World!!! I tried this KFC for the first time 10 years ago when I started working at Robins and the food was bland and service was terrible. Well it still hasn't changed. They've gone through several different management and each one is worse than the previous. It seems like they hire people from right off the street, don't train them, and have them work there. The place is rundown from the outside and the inside is just as bad. Floors are sticky, chairs and tables are hard and cheap, and bathroom looked worse than a truck-stop bathroom. The buffet area looked unpleasant and dirty. They haven't remodeled in the 10 years that I've been there. Every time I go there, there is always a line. Not because people want to go there, but because the service is so slow. There were people waiting to have their orders taken, people waiting for their food, and people waiting for the buffet. I went there for lunch today and there was a problem with the cash register. 3 untrained employees spent almost 15 mins trying to figure it out. I could hear the customers complaining and looking angry. I had the buffet and the food looked like leftovers from the previous day. The vegetables and rice were soggy and bland. The chicken this time was OK. Previously, the chicken would always be bland. However, they rarely replenish the chicken. I was there for an hour and it was never replenish. I noticed some smirks and WTF? looks on the customers' faces. I also notice them take some of the old chicken from the buffet and give it to a drive-thru customer. Fresh indeed! I also heard them apologizing to customers because they ran out of chicken. It was not even noon yet! Every time I go here, I always think, "Well maybe they changed their ways and this time I'll have a good dining experience." NOT!!! This place should be shut down. I'm surprise KFC would let this place exist. It sucks because this is the only KFC in Warner Robins. I've gotten to the point where I'll only eat at KFC's outside of town. read more

Haven't been here in a long time, but, went on a Saturday during a busy time. The servers were friendly and the food came out in a very timely manner as busy as they were. Food was hot and tasty. Store was nice and new looking. Will definitely return. read more

The absolute basement of quality. The staff worries more about grazing and smoking than cleaning or serving. The drink nozzles are never cleaned. I wouldn't advise drinking one drop of their beverages. Mold build up. Tea urns also. There is alot of indifference with management and staff. I remember getting great service in clean KFC restaurants. Not anymore. The upper levels show no effort at fixing the issues. Very sketchy area and they even have a broken front glass window. They had a remodel...lol. It looks like a bullet hole. Watch!!!! They almost never wash their hands. They really should just close down so they can build a new spot away from North Davis. read more

Ever wanted to go to a well known place of business for food and then get looked at like 'why the hell you here?' Then you need to have lunch at the Kentucky Fried Chicken of Warner Robins. There aint but one and once you visit there you'll know why. The lunch buffet is always under proportioned but then when you look at the help you'll know why. As you make your way to the cashier be sure your shoes follow you as the stickiness of the floor tends to disrobe guests. The food isn't bad at all but getting to it and waiting for it will be a challenge. Its KFC done the Warner Robins ways. read more
