I ordered a small nugget tray on the Chick-fil-A app to be picked up on Thursday afternoon at this location. This worked great especially since I ordered it two states away and it was ready when I arrived! I ordered it chilled since I was not sure exactly what time I was going to pick it up and I didn't know exactly what time we were going to eat. I had it ready by 2:30, and picked it up by 2:50. The app instructed me to go inside to pick it up, which is what I did. I told a team member what I was looking for, and they were able to get me everything I needed. They verified that I didn't need more sauce or more paper products. It was very painless experience. As always, the team members were very kind and eager to help. The store was very clean and I would not hesitate to come back here and eat. We followed the heating instructions exactly and they turned out perfectly. FYI, a small nugget tray is 64 nuggets. Enough for eight people. And I didn't sound like a whole lot at first, but we made 2 1/2 meals out of them. LOL read more

I've eaten at Chic Fil-a countless times and have received excellent customer service. On Tuesday August 7, 2019 in Dublin, Ga, I experienced something I never felt would happen to me at Chic Fil-a. I was sitting with my colleagues and an elderly Chic Fil-a employee was asking customers if she could take their trays and/or refill their drinks. My table said no thank you but I then said to her, Linda was her name, looked at me, turned around and walked away. My table was in disbelief. One of my colleagues then said excuse me, he would like his drink refilled. She didn't say a word but proceeded to take the top off of my cup and walk away. I took it back and told her no thank you. I gathered myself and walked to the counter and asked for a refill in another cup. I asked the lady at the counter if she was the manager and she said no but wanted to help. I told her what happened and she apologized for the employee. When I was leaving the store, the employee at the counter said she did tell the manager. I was expecting the manager to find me but she did not. The only reason I felt I was ignored is because I was black. I'm 57 years old and have lived in the south all of my life and I know what discrimination feels like. I would appreciate a response. If there was a "zero star" I would have said it. It is a sad day when I am having to leave a negative review for Chick-fil-A. My husband went today to get us some lunch. After taking his money in the drive thru the computer system went down. He waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes before receiving food. They did tell him the computer was down, but did not offer a refund and you are stuck in that multiple line drive thru with no way to escape basically holding you hostage. After the 45 minute wait he finally gets to the front and is given food. When he gets home like 1.5 minutes later, we live directly behind Nissan, the food is ice cold. So you made him wait 45 minutes, did not compensate him in any way for waiting ( not a coupon, free cookie, NOTHING), and then give me food you most likely made 45 minutes ago that you were not able to serve due to computer being down. I could have ordered from a nice sit down restaurant and picked up food in that 45 minute time frame. Very poor customer service today! Pat Braski should be ashamed of this! read more

Planned a low-key 1st year wedding anniversary for my wife here. Coordinated with the managers to bring a little flower bouquet and tried to find a silver platter they could use when they served our food. When the wife and I showed up, the table was reserved with a white table cloth, flowers set, plastic-ware set up properly, and even a little cup of mints that said "Mint To Be"!! The food was delivered on an even better silver platter than I had imagined, the order (which was placed 8hrs prior) was perfect, and we didn't have to ask for anything. They're teamwork, coordination, timing, and thoughtfulness was right on the money! On top of all this, a n entire softball team walked in as we sat down and I thought, "I hope they're not worried about us, they have a bigger challenge now with all the people walking in". I looked back at the counters 5min later and those 30+ customers had already had their orders taken! That's a testimony to their speed and efficiency! My family and i frequent CFA several times a week (judge me, lol). This location ALWAYS messes up our orders. Usually we don't bother going back. Actually usually we try not to go to this location. Today we had children and family at the house so we ran to this location for the meals for the teens. As per usual, they messed it up. So we go back once. Get rushed through only for them to mess it up AGAIN! So my daughter has to go back at this point (i had guests in my home) The manager, "Bree" was rude & had the audacity to accuse my daughter of "trying to pull something".....we literally spend hundreds of dollars in chick fil A restaurants per month, so for her to accuse us of "trying to pull something" just because we wanted out orders to be accurate (for ONCE) is just nuts! Literally a sandwich & strips was all they had to give us to complete our order that we had just purchased 15 mins prior & we HAD THE RECEIPT FOR! Do NOT use this location. It's closest to our home but we've not received an accurate order there since we started going. The "managers" are equally as rude and short. Always complaining about how "busy" they are.
