We had never heard of Braum's so we asked what they're known for and found out they have 22 different flavors of ice cream plus many more toppings to customize your dessert. We decided to try the Four Cheese Burger and a 1/6 pound cheese burger. They have crinkle fries, which are a favorite of mine. The food was filling and like I would make at home, nothing fancy but good. The shakes were thick and creamy! We actually couldn't finish our two small shakes after our meals we were so stuffed. The employee at the register was sweet and didn't get flustered when I asked all kinds of questions or wanted to look at their ice cream options before making my choice. Our food came out fast and hot (or cold as with the shakes). It was a nice little stop and we would recommend visiting this family owned business. Their dairy has no hormones, antibiotics and their cows are vegetarian fed. Also, if you need any other to go food options, want something a little healthier or want to take some of their ice cream home, they have a Fresh Market attached to the restaurant.

The fountain drinks and coffee were out of order because they didn't have water yet. Hopefully they'll get that working soon. The parking lot was packed with everyone checking out the new place. My son-in-law, Jesse Whisler, was dressed up as a chicken and dancing by the highway to bring in customers for the first day and take pictures with. Right now the place is looking fabulous and extremely clean with balloons everywhere of course for their first day. It was packed inside with many customers and a lot of noise, but they were still getting us through pretty quick. Kayla Bennett was my favorite server, she was all smiles and got our order perfect..made our experience so good! Huge thank you to Kayla!!! I think this is going to be the place to go for the locals. I had my food delivered, it took almost an hour to get my sandwich when I only live 3 minutes away. It was not the delivery drivers fault. I opened my sandwich and there was just turkey, none of the other toppings I ordered, and it looked disgusting. I drove back up to the Subway with my sandwich and the man who was working had an attitude about me bringing my sandwich back, before I was even able to speak. He remade my sandwich and I went home. I ate the sandwich even though it didn't taste very good. The next day I started throwing up nonstop. I was so sick I made 2 trips to the ER in less than a week.
