I cannot recommend enough that this was best decision to using Vivid services ! It was such an easy process ! I provided information of who would be traveling and what kind of experience my family wanted. Provided the sights I wanted to see with also asking for recommendations too. We were greeted at the airport by a wonderful gentleman who handled our visa's for us. Took a little time but didn't mind as we knew we were in great hands. He would be with us throughout our trip and making sure our driver and tour guide knew the itinerary. He was kind and we were so happy for him since he just became a father ! We were paired with Majed and a driver. I am sorry but I forgot the driver's name but he was so nice too! They provided us with waters and a clean van and safe driving ! Majed was AWESOME. we chose to book a whole week of private tours and Majed and driver were with us for the ride. Majed explained so much history and information. He was so knowledgeable and you can tell had such a passion for his country's history. It was so surreal to see the things we had learned growing up. Since I wanted to go to Luxor for the day, it was last minute, I booked flight tickets, and Vivid was able to find a guide to meet us at the airport and guide us through our tour in Luxor. Next time, I will plan more in detail and hope to have Majed with us the whole time. Vivid assisted in every step of the way and cannot be more thankful for such an amazing and once in lifetime trip (although I plan to Go back ) and have it be so smooth, safe, and special.
