They took me from a nervous buyer who thought she'd never find the right house in a tiny mile or two radius, at the right price to a successful new homeowner who is thrilled with her new purchase. She's known around the community for her active participation on boards and committees and I know a few people she's worked with in the past, so when I was buying this house on my own and was a bit terrified, I figured I should reach out to Beth. Luckily, from our first consult to her handing me the most amazing new home gift bag (Check the pics!), and every frantic text of mine in between, Beth was around with a smile and a solution. Her team offered me options and quotes for three inspection companies (and set up my appointment once I chose one), and got insurance quotes for me from multiple insurance agencies. This just isn't something I have experienced before when watching my sister and parents go through the home buying experience. We told him some homes we were interested in and he brought other great candidates -- he took us through all of them, but we just could not find something in our budget. My wife and I thought we would have to wait a few months until something else came in the market, but maybe a week or two went by and Steven found a new build that was almost completed -- it was not even listed on any of the big websites (Zillow, etc.).
