I took the permit class here. Very bad experience. I retained almost nothing after the 6 hr class and the instructor couldn't explain very clearly. I highly recommend going to another driving school because learning the road rules is highly important and it's a matter of your safety. I don't think those instructors at the Khan academy cannot teach, they are just not super responsible I switched to another driving school asap to retake the permit class and driving lessons and just got my license. read more

This is going to be a really long rant. This place is a must go for those who do not think can pass the written test at the DPS. Khan academy is so good that they let you write the test as many times as you want till you get it right. So lets say that you got question 4 wrong, they will bring the paper back to you till you get the right answer. Surely it doesn't take a genius to figure out what the answer could be after they have made you correct the question three times (its an objective type question with just four options! go figure!!!) They are also so unscrupulous that they will help you get a license even if the DPS says that you should not be o the road. So even if you are 80 years old and you need to take the help of another person to get somewhere, this academy will still help you get that license and help you clear the test. Next comes your driving lessons. Unless you are Pakistani, or some other nationality that is fluent with urdu, dont bother taking classes here. The instructor (the infamous Mr. Khan) will literally yell at you while driving. He should learn how to give directions without yelling, since the yelling made me more angry and i sure as hell wanted to go on a road rage thanks to him! If you buy a wholesale lesson package, make sure you keep calling them to get your lessons. After the third lesson, his interest in teaching you diminishes and he does not hide that fact with the way he would talk to you. So I paid for 6 lessons and after the fifth lesson my calls have been going directly to voice mail. After trying for two months I have completely given up asking for my classes!!! I have now had to reschedule my DL testing to another day...Thank you Mr. Khan for the worst service ever! read more

This place is a scam! The owner/operators are a husband and wife duo that runs this place terribly. They charge 65-75 dollars for a road test that cost 11 dollars at the DPS! Whenever you call the price is different from when you show up. We were misquoted multiple times over the phone and the wife is very rude in her dealings with customers. I would not recommend you take their road test, because before you've completed it, they are quoting you prices for a re-test! SHADY. read more

I learned driving from my partner but had some problems with turns and breaks. Also needed some technical guidance on driving for driving test. So, i signed up for 3 lessons of 2 hours each. Mr. Khan taught me just all the right things which i needed to know. I improved a lot just after one lesson. Mr. khan is calm and polite person. He teaches driving with patience. I am glad that he was my instructor. I passed my driving test in first attempt. I would definitely recommend him for driving lessons. read more
