I was skeptical at first back in 2018 if I should file for Bankruptcy. I was planning to use my 401K funds to pay off some of my debts which still would have not been enough to pay them off . After having a free consultation with Alia Khan she made me realize I was not alone and I could still have a life after Bankruptcy which I was filing for chapter 7. Second try CreditOne lowest you might get is $350 credit limit with a $75 fee. But you use it to build credit. Keep in mind they all need to be use but pay them off every month. Never be late. Also will help you have loan added to your credit report check ( Self Lender loans ) is not a personal loan. But will report to all three Credit Bureaus . It worked for me on a few cards. Having your credit again is possible and achievable. It has been less than a year since my Bankruptcy was discharge and now my credit has gone up to experian 684, equifax 670 and transunion 663. My credit limit is 18k, but no major credit cards yet. Now through mail you will receive offers. Offered to me were Ollo master card, Home credit Sprint Visa, Lendup Visa and Comenity Bank cards. I paid all cards on time and I have no balance so I can continue to build credit. In my situation I was very honest with Khan Attorney and I followed up with all her requests until my Bankruptcy was discharge. I am not stress out anymore and a lot more happier than before. So... the dreaded 'B' word.. i'm talking about bankruptcy. Nobody ever plans to go though bankruptcy, so its great to find someone who will calm your nerves though the whole ordeal. It started a year ago, I just moved back from Indiana and needed to get the monkeys (aka, creditors) off my back. I lost my job back in 2009 and unfortunately was only making enough for basics and my car payment.. and since i needed my car for job interviews, I had to stop making payments on my credit cards. I googled 'bankruptcy attorney' and Alia's yelp review came up. So I contacted her via email and I had a free consultation shortly after. She said my case would be pretty simple since its mostly credit card bills, no real estate or cars (its paid off now!)... We just finished the process with Alia and I have to say, it was so much easier than I had anticipated.
