Dean Feldman is not to be trusted. He is unprofessional. He used to a family court attorney. He represented my children. Only spoke to them twice maybe in the years he represented them. After the settlement, which he wasn't a part of, my kids told me how much they disliked him. No wonder he isn't practicing that anymore. He was very unqualified. He literally ruined my life. How do you have clients and only see them twice in years? And how do you not see that the other party was blocking them the whole time? He did not have very good intuition and the ability to see through lies. Unfortunately I am still trying to fix what he and my first attorney did. It has been over 7 years now and they messed up the case so badly that is has been tough to undo what they did. Please, do no trust this attorney. He is part of a system that needs change and severe overhaul. He only sees dollars and convenience for himself. My kids told me after the case was settled by my other attorney that he only spoke to them twice in years. How is that possibly if you are their legal counsel? And he seemed ok with that. Was calling around places that offer military/veteran discounts for a possible bankruptcy filing. I found this company and called today. The attorneys assistant Anastasia answered the phone and immediately put me on hold for 2.5 minutes. Cool, I understand you may be busy and do not want to miss out on business. She comes back to the line and says I have a few questions: (Phone was muffled and very strong accent, so hard to understand). Sure, happy to provide all info. Income, debt, etc. Ma'am your income total does not match what you have just told me. I went over my income again, she says there is $800 not accounted for from my math. I said, let me go over it again. She said Im not going to argue with you ma'am. Okay then dont! Here is my income... $, $, $. Yeah im still $800 short. Short from what I ask? I said maybe this isnt the law firm for me, she says yeah maybe its not. It was such a sour phone call because her original math was off and it actually got a point that I asked for her name and for the attorney to call me back so I could give feedback. I called a week ago gave my information to the Operator at NoWorries they said an attorney would get back to me within 8 Hours ! Never called back ! So I called again a week later and was told the exact same thing as my prior conversation ! No calls !
