My wife ended up in the hospital via ambulance because Hubli prescribed codeine cough syrup on top of Norco and soma, a strong muscle relaxer. My wife nearly died from pneumonia and withdrawls when Hubli realized her mistake and tried to cover by discontinuing her pain meds all at once. She then had the nerve to blame us for the situation.
