While data becomes increasingly democratized and AI assistance can help, real estate is a people business and your home is more intimate than a generic market analysis. Praveen is responsive and will extract information from other agents, lenders, appraisers, etc that Claude and ChatGPT cannot get. On the buy side, Praveen had shown us many homes and talked through some "almosts" with us. He patiently listened to us and distilled our pros and cons to hone in on what we truly valued and wanted.
