When he insisted and opened up the car in front of the insurance estimator all of the metal was totally bent and needed to be replaced or else I would have been driving around in an unsafe vehicle. You should bring your car there they are very knowledgeable and make sure the job is done right without cutting corners or compromising quality. They do jobs for a lot of high end dealerships so they know what they're doing. I'll never take my car anywhere else.

So imagine my dismay when I look up unexpectedly from my list and catch the son making secret hand signals to the father when they thought I wasnt looking(!!!)... Seriously, what kind of men do that? I pretended not to notice because I dont care what they think of me, i just want them to fix my car. But you know, a smart businessman (instead of making fun of me) would consider me as valuable customer... the BMW 850i is a famously expensive to maintain world-class lemon... Anyway so I leave with the understanding that he's going to do my repairs and a week later I still haven't heard from him so I go back in person and he tells me he wrote my phone numbers down wrong (!!!) So I leave again but I'm starting to think they are just shining me on -and so I decide to call the guy only 5 days later because I still haven't heard anything... and when I get him on the phone he's pissed off at me and its like I'm BOTHERING HIM(!!) So this time, on the phone, I say ok -I'll wait for your call (maybe he just doesnt like my face?) Lol That was 6 weeks ago, im jump-starting my car 4x a times a day, these people are douche bags, lol. If you're the kind of person that reads reviews before going to a new business than I'm here to tell you what I wish I knew before wasting nearly 2 months -Dont waste your time!!!!!!!!! You definitely cant bring your BMW here if its older than about 10 years -because even though you're bothering them, they wont tell you to the hit the door. Instead they'll just jerk you around for fun I know it sounds crazy(!?#) but these jokers actually lied to me and then made fun of me behind my back sheesh!! my suspension on mini went kaput while driving. had CAA tow me to them. left key and a note…read moreexplaining as it was after hours. they repaired the car about 4-5 days later, but remember no appointment. only issue was the tire that got destroyed had to be changed so we had them put on the summer tires while they were at it changing the finished one. terrible job, two of the tires kept losing air. we took them to a tire changing guy who redid the job and now they're perfect. these guys are fabulous mechanics for minis and I guess BMW as well as other cars. when we called to tell them of the poor tire installation the guy was rude, condescending and a general jerk. bad day? guess so. took no accountability for the poor tire job. refused to admit it. flat out .. no way. so great mechanics. not so good at the tire thing. I'd still recommend them. maybe whoever answered the phone should try listening to the client and not be so darn defensive. sheesh.

I'm not going to comment on their prices too much, they're not horrible and the personnel isn't exactly "unfriendly" but they just don't give a damn about you. If you have a question about your lease, forget about it. My lease was ending in less then a month so I decided to give them a call to get an estimate to extend the lease just to see, and also where and when I need to drop my Volvo off. It took me the whole month to actually get in touch with a person that knew anything. The secretary just kept transferring me to different people that never answered their business or cell phones and never called me back despite many messages I had left. I finally somehow luckily got in touch just before my lease ended. I was very frustrated and tired of this dealership so I decided to go for a different brand of car because I can't take cooperating with them any more. Definitely not a pleasant experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Francois expressed this is how he'd like to be treated if needed in a foreign land and it showed in how he treated us. We are internally grateful. A great facility with a view of downtown Montreal and most importantly, service techs with great skills. Ford continues to do us well and Montmorency Ford made us thankful today.
