Why send me there if there's not car?? Was told the car ready at 4pm Then when I arrive at 4pm I'm told it needs an alignment and I have to wait... The GM took me in his office not to apologize but rather to lecture me about how my last name is German and thats why I'm not happy and hard to please. What?? I had wasted a whole day waiting for a rental which Enterprise didnt have. I never was able to go to work and visit my clients. Then I finally get my car after another hour wait and the rigid carpet from the drivers side was missing... The car wash guy said he didn't see it. No one would help me until one mecanic was nice enough, a white guy mind you. I was treated horribly as a customer, like all that happened was my problem because I'm a white woman with a German last name??? You should really review how dealerships address the service. I've been a Hyundai customer for 15 years, 3x purchases and this is very disappointing and feel like changing brands. I cannot believe the treatment I got today!!! This dealership does racial profiling against white women....what the hell???
