Instead, he resorts to bullying and disciplinary procedures on a whim. He makes up rules as he goes along and that is supposed to be good management. Worst yet, his boss J. Holzinger at Barhite and Holzinger Co. goes along with him. To me that seems like a sheer incompetence and lack of social skills. My girlfriend and I were randomly looking at houses in winter and Minni showed us a property that we weren't really that interested in, but we told her that we'd keep in touch (which we were 1/2 way serious about). Within a few days, she was sending us listings and calling pretty regularly.... then I told her that before I buy a place I needed to get my parents a place, but first needed to get my mom a new job. So, I really appreciate their candor. They seem to have a good record finding buyers for their properties and warn you about the differences between these types of sales and the usual ones that I'm used to.
