This is the place where motorcycle lovers should go to get the bike of their dreams…read more A motorbike isn't everyone's cup of tea. But if you fancy one, then this is the place to be. Most leading brands of motorcycles are sold here. All variations and colors for everyone. My friend bought one from here and I checked out the place with him. And decided to buy mine from there too. Honda CBR 125R. I was particular about getting a black one. Thanks to Ian Harrington from Sales department who got my wish fulfilled. He got all the finance documents ready and got the specific color just as I requested and let me know in advance about any delays that might be involved in getting it. If you feel like you need a Honda/Triumph/or several other brands, feel free to post a question on their website and they'll get in touch as quickly as possible. I must say, the entire process of buying the bike from requesting a particular model, arranging finance and collecting the bike, was so smooth, that all I had to do was provide the details necessary for the finance application Ian kept me informed throughout the process. And now I have what I wanted! I'm very pleased with how easy they've made it feel. I totally recommend Metropolis for the sales bit. I'll know more about their services over the coming years, so I'll keep you posted with updates.

Staff are clued up and clear on what they are selling and provide good advice where needed. Huge site re amount of various bikes on offer for purchase and test ride and nice size shop and advice re helmet and other biking gear. Does get quite busy at times, but the staff are good at managing footfall and offering good customer service throughout.

Document everything because they will steal your money. Non roadworthy rental bikes…read more Currently stuck in a dispute with them because I trusted them. Dont fall for Shab's nice guy act Edit: I raised a dispute with my credit company and raised this with citizens advice and they returned my money as per their section 73 of credit agreement and in line with consumer rights act of 2015. If i had the time, money and energy I would take you to court which is why I waited until now before going public with this. You are a criminal and a liar and should be reprimanded. I will not let you get away with this. The story: This was the third time i rented a bike from them. In the past the gears got stuck and left me stranded for an hour but i thought maybe its because im learning. This time, i picked the bike at Monday 4:30 with half a tank, rode all the way to camden, turned the bike off to go into tesco, when i came back the bike wouldnt turn on. This was around 5:45. Not sure how you have a mechanic shop and claim that i killed the battery while i was riding it. So i called them that night but no answer because the shop was closed (fai enough). I managed to park the bike at one of my friends' over night so it doesnt get stolen. Next day i called them trying to resolve this and they told me to call RAC and that of course if anything is wrong with the bike theyll refund me. I asked them to email me this, they ignored my emails. RAC scheduled for Wednesday 10AM and they jump started the bike. I called and told them that Id like to bring the bike back after work and they said no problem but we will close the shop so you're gonna have to leave it outside and hand the rented helmet to the shop next door. I asked if they could email me that just so we can have this agreed. They ignored my calls and emails all day. At 4pm Shab answered and says no we won't email you and everything is at your own risk not sure what you want from us. When they saw that Im asking for documents and Im trying to do this the right way their nice guy act dropped. So instead, i rode the bike back to my place to park it safely and refueled the tank. On thursday (day when my rental was due to end) i took a half day off to ride it back and rid myself of this hassle but the bike wouldnt turn on. I called them and i called RAC. They told me that they wont tow the bike unless it cannot be fixed on the spot. They came, examined and towed the bike back. After a week of radio silence i ask for a refund and they say that the bike is working perfectly and that i had flattened the battery. I rented a bike with the expectation that its road worthy and that I dont have to spend a week trying to turn it on and return it to you. You wasted an entire week and youre just a bad person with the way you treated me and i genuinely wish that you get what you deserve.

If you need to buy anything to do with motorbikes or are looking to purchase a motorbike, then this…read moreis the place to come. You can also hire motorbikes from here. As a complete novice to the world of Hells Angels, I was completely ignorant to what it is all about but I have to say, the staff were great at helping me out and apparently the shop sells the latest bike models including Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki and also Peugeot. I was looking into quotes a bike on behalf of a friend and found it very useful that the shop has a service called "rent try buy scheme" whereby you can hire a bike for the weekend, and then if decide you want to keep it - they will deduct the hire cost and sell it to you. The wonders of the credit crunch I suppose. As I mentioned, I'm no expert but as someone stepping into the shop without an inkling of even how to sit on a motorbike properly, the staff were very friendly and refrained from taking advantage of my lack of knowledge.

Bought an Ex demo CB1100 EX with 600 miles on the clock. On the test ride I noticed brake squeal…read more/vibration from the front wheel. The saleswoman said that it would be looked at when it had its first 600 mile services I was ok with that and bought it. When I collected the bike the brakes were the same, I returned a couple of days later and the service manager told me that being sintered brake pads they take a while to bed in , I took him at his word and left . 2500 miles later I returned the bike as the problem still existed, they booked the bike in, checked it over said they'd sprayed something on it and it was good to go. 1/2 mile down the road the problem returned. the bike has covered 5600 miles now and still has the problem, so I've given up now. I recently had a puncture, had the bike taken to 21st Moto being my local Honda Dealer, and asked them to replace it with the same tyre that was on the bike already. They replaced it with something similar as a direct replacement wasn't available to them without asking me first. When I received the bike back and upon riding it I instantly noticed that there was a noise coming from the rear of the bike that wasn't there before, when I returned the bike the service manager took the bike round the back and returned back 5 mins later telling me nothing was wrong. I questioned him why wasn't he going to test ride the bike and he replied why do you want me to? I explained how was he going to understand what I'm talking about if he doesn't ride it. he reluctantly did, returned 5 mins later telling me he could hear nothing. I have since had another Honda dealer test ride it and they confirmed some noise at the rear. 21st Moto did fit the correct tyre free of charge after I sourced one and refunded me the cost of the tyre they supplied ,but the noise is still there and I'm not sure I can live with it. Im going to try the other Honda dealer to see if they can solve the issue now I know its not the tyre. I found the service manager a bit patronising and because of his attitude can't see me using them again. I've had loads of punctures and tyres replaced over the years and have never ever had this kind of experience before. This could be the end of my Honda experience .

Absolutely shocking, took my bike in to have the ccts done and 10 mile later it was running so…read morepoorly, it was dangerous. Stalling at every jct and give way on the way into London. I took it back and £190 later they said they couldn't find anything wrong. I got it home and had a look and found that the carbs were loose and tightened them, that cured the stalling but not the hot rough running. I took it to an independent in Dartford and he found that the timing had gone out by one tooth on both front and back cyclinders. He rectified this and the bike was still rough and advised I took it back and to tell them what was wrong and to get them to investigate further. I did so and they said they found a hose off from the carb to the air box, a pipe that vents to atmosphere and has no effect on the bikes running. I gave it back and now they are refusing to work on it because of the after market zorst, do me a favour, the zorst wasn't a problem when I gave it to you first time was it. Now it's time to go to court, create as many website complaints and generally cause the closure of this company purely using the power of bad press.
