We desired outdoor play and the core values that shape a child's personality as the root of a school's structure. We knew that national facilities have high employment and enrollment turnover as well as canned academic curriculums that force certain skills before children are ready. Many of us who enroll our children at Jolly Tots are educators, and we see the importance of a balanced approach of social and academic development and the need for these to be age appropriate. Jolly Tots is just that!! Our children view Jolly Tots' teachers and schoolmates as family. When it's weather appropriate, the teachers highly value outdoor activities. They encourage kids being KIDS!!! They also set time aside each morning for class through fun and creative lessons. Because Jolly Tots does not deliver a rigid curriculum like the national centers, teachers are able to be flexible and implement new ideas at any time. They differentiate to meet the needs of their students because they can. My daughter, who has always been an eager learner, could read before kindergarten. Our four year old son, who does not share the same interests, prefers to keep "school" at school and we follow his lead. Sure enough out-of-the-blue this past spring he decided to show us he could write his name!!! This is something we never worked on at home with him and he was so proud to show us this achievement. If you want your child to receive age-appropriate academic lessons, develop social skills through play (especially outdoor when possible), and feel as though they are visiting family during their time there, then Jolly Tots is for you. Our children have thrived because of the teachers at Jolly Tots Little School and have made a life-long impact on who they are socially and academically. We feel incredibly fortunate!

My daughter was in the little school. the big school looks much calmer and looks more like a decent place for a child. Most teacher at the little school did not impress me or seem like they enjoyed their job. ( I saw most becuase a few were good with my daughter) But as far as school goes, "just OK or sufficient" is not anywhere good enough

Unfortunately, issues with bad apples in their staff, and staffing turnover have become prevalent here and exhausted by the former director leaving. I not only can not rely on this daycare but I am truly concerned about the supervision and safety my children are receiving at this location. I think they should consider closing this place down because they need additional staff but also at least 2-3 of their workers should be immediately fired for cause. It seems they only care about making $ and not about children. Unless you have unlimited flexibility at work and don't need to focus at work.. i would not recommend. With the school being directly across from the hospital, and with many hospital employees' children enrolled here, I find that this center has less days off than many other pre-schools, which is a bonus. The school's two directors were usually accessible and if they were not, they would respond in a reasonable amount of time. Regarding the teachers, my children love all them but I have a particular fondness for Miss Tiff, Miss Britt and Miss Ty and while I am new to her, my three year old who can be particular about who she interacts with, loves Ms. Emily, so I do, too. Ms Tiff and Ms. Britt were excellent at detailing the kids' days and their projects were plentiful. They really are a valuable asset to the center! Regarding why, I am only giving 4 stars, there are minor things that I would like to see in other classrooms, but they are opinion based and I will keep them to myself -- but overall, I am happy with my decision to place my children here.

Kiddie Academy Of Warminster school year program as well as there camp program is 100/10. This center also has family events outside of business hours that are top tier and sometimes involves special guests which engages with the community and creates relationships with the staff and families! Being apart of this childcare center you will immediately learn that the staff at this location from management to the teachers to the lovely lady who prepares the meals always go above and beyond for both you and your child and that your children are in a safe, loving, growing environment. This daycare was not the right fit for my family. It did not meet my expectations and the cost does…read morenot justify the lack of care received. This was my childs first time in daycare and I made that well known, even sent a little "about me" email to help staff get to know her upon arrival. My daughter did not adjust well and even though management/ownership was quick to respond and try and accomodate the problems I was having they still fell short because the resolutions would only last a day or so. I felt like I was dealing with a sales person and a lot of the time the resolutions included "this is what I found in my research on the internet" or "we just went over this in a training course". It felt very unprofessional to me. I felt like I was complaining about care all the time ontop of now having a miserable child everyday. I tried to give it time and see if she was still just trying to adjust to being in daycare but after four weeks it never got better and my intuition told me it was time to go. I witnessed staff leaving my child unattended to fend for herself during drop off as she cried no one came over to console her. Daily reports were often incomplete and later found out also inaccurate. The school offers a webcam service so you can check on your child during the day and on days they noted she had napped my poor kid was actually just sitting on her cot for 3 hours waiting for her daddy to come get her - even packed up her own bed as she waited. They didn't pull her aside for a quiet activity as discussed when I toured the facility. I had to repeatedly ask for access to the cameras - it was about 3 weeks before I contacted the company myself and signed up while I waited for the owner to approve access, I felt that to be a little odd. Covid precautions are not in place here - it is a complete free for all. No one wears masks including the owner. She wanders from classroom to classroom around the kids. She told me she has a breathing problem I didnt believe her because even her staff would take them on and off throughout the day - I saw this on the cameras. Parents were allowed to come in and out of the building - no masks - no temperature checks - nothing. I understand getting the kids to keep them on is a battle in itself but the adults should know better. Even after having a positive covid case in the building none of this improved. And everyone's opinions are different regarding the masks but for my situation I expected this precaution to be taken, just want to note it in my review if this is important to you like it was to me. During nap I saw staff laying across the floor on their cell phones. They all arrived to work as if they just rolled out of bed in sweatpants. Sweatpants that hung down low enough that their underwear hung out as they sprawled across the floor during nap time. The owner insisted this was when they were updating the childrens daily reports on the app for the parents but my app was never updated - activities for the day weren't even listed toward the end of my daughters stay there. My daughter was there for 4 weeks and had 3 different teachers - none of which came with any kind of educational background. I know that hiring is hard for everyone right now but I figured I'd mention this incase it's important to you, cause it was to me. I had hoped for more structure during the day and activities but during the four weeks we were enrolled, my kid came home with one project the majority of the day the kids were left to entertain themselves. This is what I witnessed when I finally gained camera access. Being as though my daughter was new to this type of scenario I had hoped staff/teachers/somebody would help get her involved in other kids play groups but this did not happen they let her just be by herself. I would try and follow up with the before care staff and everyday it was the same response "she's getting there". Which made me feel like my kid wasn't even being paid attention to, this was the same staff that left her crying by the door for me. Behavorial problems were a big red flag for me. My kid is sweet, funny and energetic and during her time at Kiddie Academy she grew more and more miserable. It's heartbraking that they didn't care enough to even get to know her. The staff here is not nuturing. Once a fantastic eater she stopped eating throughout the day. She's completely potty trained and would just stop going. It broke my heart everyday but I now know it was the facility and not just her adjusting to a daycare setting. She is enrolled in a new school and is thriving. And back to her normal happy self. I hope this helps, I tried to be as honest as possible and this may be the right place for some kids but it definitely wasn't the right place for mine.

I was 13 weeks with twins at the time. We were so relieved to have gotten the daycare checked off! Flash forward, my twins are here, in the NICU, and I have to start preparations for them despite the fact that they can't be home yet. I had previously tried emailing Lightbridge to confirm and received no response. I finally had time to call and they let me know that they do not, in fact, have room for our twins. We are starting the daycare search over, which will likely be absolutely impossible at this point, considering there are two of them. We're left without child care, with twins in the NICU, incredibly stressed out. Do yourself a favor and get in writing that they will have a spot for your child so you don't end up like us.
