The staff is friendly and…read morehelpful, location is nice for anyone who works in the Downtown area and it is rarely ever crowded except right after work (5-6PM). The main level has a small workout area typically used for personal training or cool down, the lower level is for classes and personal training and the upper level is the main area with most of the machines, treadmills, weights and a full basketball court. There are locker rooms for men and women, showers and a steam room in the locker rooms.

If they're that impatient and wanting me to put their employee and my 2 yr olds life at risk because they are in a rush, I wouldn't trust them with my child.
