I went in there hoping to really work with a functional medicine doctor to help me work through some health issues but was extremely dissapointed to find a doctor that wasn't trying to identify the root cause of my issues and only wanted to get me to buy some supplements. One of the tenets of functional medicine is "test don't guess". When I asked Dr. Eklund about some gut testing she immediately dismissed it by saying "you most likely have gut issues, no need to test". Then proceeded to ask me if I was taking probiotics which I confirmed. When I gave her the name of the probiotic she said "I am not familiar with that one, but I have one here that works really well." Dr. Eklund is a very nice doctor but is only pretending to be a functional medicine provider.

I was able to make an appointment and come the same day. This is the 1st time I've ever had pre visitation part of a doctor appointment go so smooth. This building is stand alone, so it has the most simple and easy parking scenario. No need to valet or park in a garage, it's very convenient. The staff was very friendly, I had no wait time. Prompt appointment. Dr. Anjum is wonderful! He was just as concerned about me as I was, he kept asking questions to figure out my problem... which is a little complicated, so I was very grateful to his attention. The main thing I love about Dr Kosche is that she is completely honest with you and does not sugar coat things to tell you things that you might want to hear instead of things you need to hear. Some people can be bothered by this but in my opinion I'd rather have a doctor who is completely honest with me instead of one who is going to "dance around" an issue. Just like with any Drs office there can be a bit of a wait sometimes but nothing drastic. Please know that she'll spend time with you listening to you and addressing your health concerns.
